Went by there today and it looks like they closed and another Mexican restaurant has opened in this location. We also notice lots of former employees at another Mexican restaurant which opened near 252 & I-65 next to the gas station.
I have been in and out of the hospital for a while now in the span of 2 months and today was one of my good days even In my wheelchair my husband decided to get out with some of the family. El jefe was very happy to have us there they're service was excellent they helped me sit at the table in my wheelchair the food was so delicious my daughter is so picky and she loved the food as did all 6 of us .WE DEFINITELY WILL BE GOING BACK VERY SOON
I got the chimichanga here and it was actually really impressive. It's kind of a hole-in-the-wall style place but they served some really good food. I would 10/10 go back here when I'm in Edinburgh again.
