Love the turkey burgers, tortilla soup, salads, appetizers, Buffalo chicken sandwiches, flavored teas, etc.
They were short staffed. However, staff was extremely friendly. The staff who showed up worked their tail off. I could only imagine the exp with full staff on duty.

Walked into the bar, and was immediately greeted by Philip.
He offered a beer that met my standards, and provided service that exceeded my expectations.
It is a friendly place, and I think I found a new dark beer that I thoroughly enjoy.
I was enjoying everything until I went to the bathroom and saw how utterly disgusting it was litterly water or pee not sure which all over the floor.

We live near Edinburgh but never go to Max and Erma’s but a friend recommended we try it and man I’m glad we did!! We had a Great experience and the best waitress Miranda! She made our experience eating there Excellent! We tried the All American Burgers with soup and the cookie for desert A+. Don’t let the empty parking lot fool you this place is a diamond in the rough! Couldn’t have asked for better service!! Highly recommend you trying it! It’s not just a burger place they have a wide range of options there for any type of eater!!

It was worth the drive from Cincinnati. We had Nolan as our host and server and his service was very knowledgeable, patient, attentive and helpful. We hadn't had Max & Erma's since they closed all our local locations in 2018 and it was all as delightful and yummy as we remembered. We cherish getting to have it again and have good service out here too.

Waited at 2 in the afternoon for 10 minutes for a seat at the bar. A couple walks in, asks to be seated at the bar & she takes them straight in. We were on the list specifically for barside.
