Food is usually always made correctly (special orders) as compared to all the other McDonald's in our area. 3rd shift manager is freakin awesome. Service can be slow if ordering inside.

Who is Kaleb

Probably the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. Ordering on the kiosk doesn't help, they often don't even get the order to the back. Staff are nice but there's some obvious issues with organization and management. With so many people back there it shouldn't take 20+ minutes for two drinks.

Hands down the nicest people I’ve ever met at a McDonald’s — maybe in the history of me going to McDonald’s! From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with genuine smiles, treated me great, and made the whole visit feel like more than just grabbing a quick meal. They don’t even have napkins out as if people are animals and can’t be trusted to access napkins. There’s no one at the front to help people half the time so if you’ve got ketchup all over your hands and have to go ask for napkins because they didn’t give you any, you have to just stand there holding your hands up, waiting for someone to not be too bothered to throw a handful at you. Same goes for the ketchup and anything else you need besides a lid or a straw. This is insane.
