Everything cold... asked for well done, had to send back. I got the ribeye and ribs. They brought me a sirloin with no explanation 😞. Ribs were good... that's all, everything else room temperature.

Do NOT eat here! This location should have been on the bankruptcy closure list in 2020! My mom and I both had the salad bar, but I was the only one who tried the broccoli salad and ended up sick all evening and today. I should have known something was wrong when I walked up to the salad bar and the manager was checking the temperature of the food with what looked like a meat probe thermometer. The appetizers were horrible. The service was okay but should have been TOP notch since there were no customers. This experience makes it easier to understand why restaurants are closing locations.

I ordered and electric blue lemonade and the coconut shrimp platter. The service was fast and excellent. Nick was an amazing server. I’ll definitely be coming back more.

Service was beyond too slow and very poor. The food was cold and and hair was found in desserts. Plates from other customers had been sitting at the tables for quite some time. We sat in this restaurant for nearly 2 hours. Most of that time was waiting on our food, only to receive it luke warm and cold. Would not recommend to anyone.

I haven't been yo a ruby tuesdays in forever. We don't have any in Michigan. We came down for a paintball game hogwarts at spec ops paintball and got food here. Did not disappoint. Our waiter was very good too. Come back to southeast michigan.
Buck was our server and he was excellent! Very attentive service and great hospitality! Spinach dip was yummy!

We ordered for a large group from the online menu. When we arrived for pickup we were told four items we had ordered were not nor never available at that location. How disappointing. Also, the roasted corn that was ordered was STRAIGHT out of the can, not roasted and barely warm. Upon asking for a refund for the items we were unable to get, we were told we needed to request it on the website as they couldn't do the refund because we had ordered on line. How absolutely ridiculous. It was their website, not DoorDash or anyone else. Their site!!! Anyway, that is the last order for 9 people they will get from us. Sad because I love the croutons from there. Oh well, Montana Mikes from now one.

Stopped for lunch here on Tuesday, July 9, with my parents. What a pleasant surprise. Chelsea was our server. She was delightful, helpful, and checked on us often. We each had burgers (both the Ruby Burger and a Smashburger), which were tasty, juicy, and cooked perfectly. My mom went on and on about how much she liked the burger buns. I added the salad bar - it's pricey at $5.99, but I got my money's worth. They're working hard to improve the place, give them a visit. I hope your meal is as good as ours was.
