One of the best starbucks in the state. Always have fast and friendly service here. Amazing baristas. Conveniently located of exit 76b close to shopping and gas station. They have fun activities here! Truck parking nearby. Highly recommend.

Lobby is always clean, and I’m always greeted when I enter the lobby. Great customer service through drive-thru too, even bright and early! My drinks are not always consistent on taste, but it’s never bad. Just might be more milk than another barista.

They always have the absolute best employees, who are so nice and fun. It never seems to matter if it is drive through or when you go in. Their staff is the best!! We took our pupper through drive through for her first ever pup cup, they even made the little cup so adorable!

The Barista was such a sweet young lady. She was patient with me as I ordered. She complimented me and was all around a very happy host! Thanks for the great coffee and food. I had the potato and chive bake. Delicious!

Ordered a tall flat white. Seriously only 1/2 full. Went to call but closed immediately at 7:30 pm. Didn’t even get out of the parking lot.
Doesn’t matter if you order ahead of time, the lobby might not be open…Mother’s Day, you close the lobby because you’re short staffed….my drinks were sitting on the counter ready to go and I was forced to get in a line of 20 cars because “we are short staffed”…. I can see my shit on the counter through the front door glass…let me go ahead and wait another 20 min for something that’s ready. What a joke

Bought the oatmeal. It's supposed to come with dried berries, sugars, agave syrup, nuts...all I got was boiled oatmeal. No flavorings whatsoever. Had to literally turn around and drive back to request sugar (THAT IT SHOULD COME WITH!!!)... As a former barista/partner myself, I am disappointed.

I ordered 2 iced chai lattes with a shot of espresso.
I received 2 cups of warm milk with a shot of espresso.
This is the 2nd time in a row this has happened.
I'm tempted to launch my own coffee shop at this point.

I appreciate the owner's timely response, and their attempt to make things right, so I updated my review from 1 to 3 stars.
That being said, the reason why I spend $10 on a cup of coffee is because, when it's prepared quickly and correctly, it's convenient. The moment it becomes inconvenient, it's not even worth the price of the raw ingredients.
I have no way of knowing what percentage of your customers are sugar or flavor addicts. Maybe they make up the majority, maybe they don't.
For non-addicts, you're not selling coffee—you're selling convenience.
