Half the time no one answers at the drive thru, now you're very loudly (speaker doesn't work right and hasn't for a very long time) instructed to order at the window. The elderly lady taking my order kept wanted to make it a signature sandwich instead of buying my own. When I get my oder and drive several miles away and begin eating it there's absolutely no mayo. I asked for extra and yes it was on my order receipt. Then when I finished eating and started to wad up the wrapper mayo that wasn't on my sandwich was inside the wrapper and went all over my new work outfit.
Never returning to that location. It's been hit or miss everytime I've tried it.

Will never be back to this location. You'll spend 15 minutes at the window without recieving service. If you're lucky and do get service they will give you small portions. Make sure to get a large drink so they fill it halfway. What a joke.

This was horrible we went through the drive through and we’re trying to be very nice to the lady and she mixed up all of our orders and just seemed really upset that we were trying to get food from there I wish I could leave zero stars cause that was an awful experience

Wow. Just look at the pictures. What I ordered vs what I got. Missing olives, any (let alone extra) spinach, roast beef. I got a Turkey and ham with half the vegetables missing instead of the club I ordered. Also didn't order double cheese. Worst part was that I went in too pick it up and they didn't have it ready yet. I was in no rush and figured they were busy/ making sure they got it right. They only had one other customer in the restaurant and this wasn't even close. First and last time here.

Don't try to order a meal with avacado
They charged me the extra charge before they checked to see if they had avacados. And when they realized they didn't have any, they didn't do anything to make it right. I was disappointed.

Ordered through the app. Arrived at time stated would be ready for curbside. Waited 10 mins then went inside to get. Three people in line only 2 workers. Waited another 20 mins for order to be ready. Got home and none of the sandwiches were toasted. Pretzels were hard . All around not a good experience.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a subway. Service was extremely slow and half hearted. At least 4 parties walked out while I was in line, for over 25minutes, I was only the second customer in line. If I could give this location zero stars I would.

I agree with others – slow, terrible service, indifferent employees. If I could give negative stars, I would. Saw 3-4 workers, unsure about the rest. Worked in food, and cleanliness matters. Won't return unless things change. Also, observed two workers dropping utensils and reusing without cleaning – a hygiene concern. Please address this, Subway, you're my only hope.

The quality of the food and condiments is above average. Members of the service team are kind and attentive, but admittedly service is slow and it takes awhile to get food at lunch and dinner time. Still recommended, but expect delays.

I ordered online at 2:57pm order was supposed to be done by 3:20pm. It wasn't done until 3:37pm because they were doing drive thru orders before my order even though my order was before the drive thru. What is the purpose of online ordering. There is 3 other Subways between work and home. Maybe I will have better luck at one of those stores.
