lost our order which is fine we waited 25 minutes which is still fine. When our order was wrong on the other hand Herman W repeatedly gave us our wrong item without telling us they didn’t have it and preceded to be rude and impolite.

The food was hot and correct. The music is WAY too loud, there is spilled food and dirty handprints everywhere, makes you want to put on gloves. The men's room was awful, doesn't look like it's been checked in days.

My order #933923 was completely incorrect, the staff working 3/13/2025 around 430pm were horrible!!they don't answer their phone so how can I get a refund?
I added a crunch wrap to my usual order. I pay, get handed my bag, and head home for lunch only for there to be no crunch wrap in the bag. Then I got busy and forgot to call. I think I'm done with fast food after this. The prices are going up and now you probably won't get your item. Capitalism is garbage.

This location is not the best. Cheesy potatoes were hard as a rock. The order was messed up anyway to begin with, and the woman at the window looked like she was rushing in general.

I am on a Strict Diet they did amazing with it even made sure of it. They didn’t have my mother drink and gave us another option. Our food was hot and fresh.
