Customer service is elite. From the seating to the table. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Reservations were easy, but it was crowded at 6 pm. when I ate here. But the food was great and it was fresh. The pork chop was season cooked almost perfectly. The mac and cheese is a must get. Fries was a hot hand cut. The potato was good also. My experience on this day was phenomenonial. I would definitely recommend it again. 5 stars
If I had a negative, they needed to bring more stuff on the menu. The waygu meatballs he has are outta this world.

Gordon Ramsey and Caesar’s how do you have a Manager like George running this establishment? Since he has taken over this restaurant he is running it into the ground. I have witnessed him being unprofessional and down right rude to someone every time I have eaten there. This time it was my husband and me. I have made a formal complaint, I have spoken to Taegan who is over all of Caesar’s and will be emailing everything Gordon Ramsey to get my point across. This is not someone that I would want promoting my business. Gordon Ramsey and Caesar’s employees and customers deserve better.

We went for a few drinks and some appetizers. Two people, 2 beers, and espresso martini and a vodka and soda. Vodka and soda was $16.50. We had lobster risotto and 6 oysters tab was $128 before tip.
The food and service were very good but the prices are way too high. If you gamble a lot and get a free meal this is your place.
If you want excellent service and food you can do that in Louisville and pay less.
I recall their tomahawk ribeye being $100. The chicken breast dish is the cheapest entree and is about $40.
We live near the place and we are fans of GR’s tv shows but damn I should be able to bring a recipe and have him critique it for these prices.
We also had toffee pudding it was excellent as well.

The manager is going to drag this place down. He has an attitude with at least one person every time I’m there. This time it was me. He refused to seat two of us (party of 3) until the 3rd person walked 10 feet from the slot he was playing. When I ask why he step at me and said you don’t want you reservation do you. I ask what his problem is he said now you don’t get to eat and called security on us. This place has went way down hill fast and it seems like he is why.

We arrived 20 minutes before our reservation and were seated immediately. We also got the booth requested in our on-line reservation. All staff greeted us, and all were very friendly and helpful. Service was outstanding. Dinners were excellent from appetizers, salad, and main course - which included oysters shrimp steak and lobster. We have dined here several times now and really enjoy the whole experience. It is nice to have this type of being waited on and pampering after a tough week. We will be back.
Our waiter Stephen and Nicholas was the best servers we have ever had. We had the best experience. Food was excellent and very attentive to dietary or allergies needs. The ambience was very romantic and elegant. We felt very exclusive. Thank you for a wonderful date night celebration experience.
Had reservations for 10:15. Arrived at 9:50 and were seated immediately at a nice booth. Server was nice and took drink orders right away. They asked for our entire order right away. Ordered caesar salads and they did not include the scotch egg that was supposed to be included in the salad. The salads came right out. Had to ask for bread(very small serving was brought). I ordered a crab cake and potato purée, husband ordered 8oz filet and baked potato. Waited and waited and asked for a second drink. The second drink was brought fairly quickly. Still no dinner. Asked about our dinner and they said they had to recook the steak. Waited longer and still no dinner was served. Finally we asked for the check because it seemed that dinner would never come. Check came and paid for the salads and our drinks. Left without eating any dinner. It appeared that all the servers were gathered in one spot most of the time we were there. It was almost like they were ready to call it a night and get the place closed. If they offer 10:15 reservations then they should have food right? Very disappointed in this experience. It supposed a 70th birthday celebration for my husband and was supposed to be a special dinner. Super disappointed and will not plan on trying it again.
Beth and Nicholas did an amazing job on my birthday dinner. Every member of the staff wished me a happy birthday. Beth walked us through the menu with recommendations. My friend had the Beef Wellington, and he enjoyed it. I had the American Wagyu Ribeye and it was a beautiful, flavor filled steak with great texture and expertly cooked to a perfect medium rare throughout. We split an order of the Brussels sprouts on the side, and they were also excellent. Paired with Gordon's Old Fashioned, it was a remarkable way to celebrate my birthday.

The Restaurant itself is about the only thing I can say that was a really nice experience. The food was not what I expected? The onion soup was way too thick. The Caesar salad was way too dry and my shrimp Cocktail still had some of the shells on it. Wait staff What's trying too hard to impress. Not a good experience at all. I wish they would bring back binion's steakhouse to caesars southern indiana.
My wife and I had never eaten at any sort of upscale restaurant, but we're very pleased with our first foray into fancy. You think you know what good service is until you step foot into Gordon Ramsay Steak. The staff, with the utmost professionalism, go out of their way to make you feel welcome. We were greeted and welcomed by no less than 3 staff members. At no point did we feel like anything less than royalty. The food, ambiance, and staff were all top notch. The duck confit came close to turning me into a religious man; that was a dish brought down straight from heaven! Of course we had to try the famous Beef Wellington and it lived up to the hype. The puff pastry didn't want to stay put around the filet, but it tasted phenomenal all the same. The bread and butter were fantastic, the mocktail was absolutely delicious, the truffle fries were to die for, I just don't know what else to say other than you've GOT to give this restaurant a try. Our bill (before tip) came to around $183 but it was worth every penny. We aren't rich by any means, but this is an experience you should have at least once. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Gordon Ramsay Steak and of course thank you Gordon Ramsay!

Excellent, exceptionally and uncommon amongst the uncommon customer service. Stephen our outstanding server was personable and a great listener. He anticipated our needs and was attentive enough to provide exactly what we needed. The food was beyond delicious. Having travelled around the Globe I can honestly say this place places in the top 5 places I have visited. Thank you Gordon Ramsay for creating a beautiful and spectacular experience.
