Once again the ovens were down. Its always something at this location. The online app took the payment and even told me it was ready for pickup. I get there and right away was told no food due to ovens being down. Not the staffs fault but I had to ask for a refund. How hard is it to make this location better? Its been a mess for some time now and doesn't seem to ever get figured out. Won't order here again for a while.

It seems like they always forget something. Two weeks ago, they forgot our two cheese sauces, so the manager said he'd comp us a large pizza on our next order because they didn't have anyone to run out the cheese sauces. Last night, we called to order our free pizza, only to find that the message under my name said we would be compensated with a handful of pepperocinis, not our promised free pizza, and not even our cheese sauces. We declined to order. There are way too many pizza joints in Ellettsville to put up with poor service like this.

It's my favorite pizza place. They have the best pizza, and the desserts are good also. Using the app, you can get points and earn free pizzas. It gives you a tracker after you order so you can see when your pizza goes in the oven and when it is ready. No more guessing and sitting in the parking lot waiting.
