Classy but not too formal, extraordinary food with reasonable prices, and spot on service. I had the salmon (10 out of 10) and my friend had the steak special. It was such a delight to enjoy such a great meal with great atmosphere.
Probably should have read the negative reviews first and would have avoided having this experience. Staying at a hotel down the road after driving for the day with the family and was just looking for a quick bite to eat and this place was near and looked decent. 17 minutes wait which I didn't think was horrible for 7:55PM but only one party of two ahead of us waiting with a half the tables empty which was interesting. We sat and waited 10 minutes for someone to get our drink order. 10 minutes later for the waitress to come take the order. Ordered kids chicken tenders w/fries, 4 chicken tenders w/ fries, chicken wrap w/ fries and pretzel sticks. 30 minutes later, waitress comes back asking if we needed drinks refilled. I asked how much longer on the food and she said there were 5 tickets ahead of us still so 15-20 minutes. Coming up on an hour of waiting, I asked if we could just get it to go. My mistake as I should have checked before we Ieft the parking lot but as we unboxed at the hotel, there were no fries on any of the orders. No ranch. I mean every meal automatically comes with fries so I don't know how you box that up without deliberately doing so. Regardless 1 hour of waiting for 7 tenders and a pretzel app. I mean that's pretty embarrassing. I will say the server was nice and understanding and our experience was not a reflection of her job. They seem to have plenty of servers but I am guessing they stay in business catering to the folks paying $100 a month to shoot their toys in the back which we could not see in the restaurant. So for all I know they were busy on that side of the house and people in the front take second fiddle which is fine but you got to make people aware of that. Since they don't I hope I can save someone the aggravation that we had here. I hate giving 1 ⭐ reviews but they earned this one.
Loved this place! Family friendly, and great service!
We are members here and the staff makes us feel like family. Lots of great food! We've practically had the whole menu but some of our favorites are the grilled chicken breast meal, 2nd alarm (nacho supreme) and the firehouse fried chicken salad.
Good food, quick service, great atmosphere! We love coming to 10-8!
The food is amazing everytime we have came. The atmosphere is awesome. So friendly and nice. And the service was fast and the food was fresh! We love coming here! Now they have a live band and a place for the kids to play also. Great place!
Loved the food and had great service. They had the garage doors open to the outside since it was a nice day which created a great atmosphere.
Stopped here on a road trip for lunch. I had the best BLT ever. The ratio of bacon to mayo to toast was perfect. Tasty bacon too. My husband had a burger and loved it just as much. The place is large and looks like it is a hopping local place. There is an outdoor area and coke products. It's all about the first responder and those with miltary service so another fantastic reason to stop. Also 10% discount for those who serve or who have served. Definitely need to swing by on the way back. And if you don't know, just down the road in Henderson is the columbia, mountain hardwear, prana, and sorel employee store where military and first responders can get in and get 50% off. They have senior (65+) days and other days for groups to be able to get in. Two reasons to go to this area if you are on the road.
Great food and atmosphere.
I'm honestly baffled that a place like this exists.

Delicious food provided by friendly and attentive staff. It’s a clean and casual atmosphere. We tried several dishes and loved them all-nachos, burgers, teriyaki bowl and all the sides were stellar is well. Definitely check this place out!
Ordered for Carey out. Food was ready on time. Friendly staff.
Onion Rings were different - the batter was thicker & lumpier. Hope it was a one time thing and not a new recipe.
I went here for the first time with my son.
We had pretzels, fried pickles(which they use spears), and burgers. The burgers were every bit of 1/2lb and delicious. The service was Excellent!! Our waitress(I wish I could remember her name) was very attentive and made sure we had anything we needed, even before we asked. Great atmosphere and very clean. I will be back and I would definitely recommend.
Food was good, I really liked the pulled pork Quesadilla.
The pay in advance and pour your own beer thing is Moronic. And it isn't helpful that the waitress was unable to give me the size of the cup and the actual price per ounce to figure how much to put on the card for 2 beers. Either way, after a long day at work I don't wanna do math to figure out how to buy a beer.
If you don't wanna sell beer, then don't sell beer.
We enjoyed live music Friday night by the very talented Lindsay Williams along with outdoor seating with friends, some adult beverages, and an amazing Chicken Sandwich with sweet potato fries. Do not hesitate to give this locally owned restaurant a chance and look into their membership. Lots to offer here!!!
