During a much needed date night, my husband decided he wanted Applebees for dinner. Our waitress Sarah was very friendly and met us with a smile on her face. We were seated almost immediately, in a restaurant with about 6 tables containing guests. Then, it quickly turned as sour as the old sweet tea we were served. We ordered a trio appetizer plate, and a classic cheeseburger meal. We sat in the restaurant for 57 minutes, waiting for our food. Everyone seated already had their food, and they were constantly filling to go orders. Eventually, we had enough and decided to just leave. We ended up at the E Morgan Ave location and quickly received our food within minutes. We definitely will not be returning to this location. If you like sour tea and waiting forever for your food, then this is the right restaurant for you!

The food is alway awful. We go every now and again. Mostly when nothing else is open. We always regret it. My burger was so raw. It looked like they forgot to even cook it. The waitress was wonderful.

Terrible experience. The service was poor, the food was wrong, and the steak was completely over cooked like leather. It took forever to get our food with very few people actually in the restaurant. We were there for over an hour and a half and had a miserable experience.

I’m not sure how or way but in all the years this Applebee’s location has been open on Pearl Drive I had never dined here. I quickly noticed they offer a two entrees with an appetizer for two for $25. I ordered a chicken parmigiana on pasta dish and it was really good. A family member ordered a burger and it was a good sized sandwich. Our server was pleasant and checked on us often. I would definitely dine here a second time in the future.

Bad attitude and cold food....was told you can't get a rare steak...unless it's cold...3 meals were sent back because they were cold...had to find the waitress to get drink refills...everyone had a bad attitude.. it was a shame...this isn't the normal for Applebee's in TN
