We had an order for pickup and when I got home our two Caesar salads were nothing but lettuce my onion rings were overcooked my husband's medium rare steak was well done and really tough and the bacon on my chicken bacon sandwich was raw. Had a gift card don't plan to order on line again

Our server Melissa was really nice . Took good care of us.Food was good .broccoli was cooked perfect was soft.mashed potatoes were also very good. Only thing is wish you served some kind of bread with the entrees.

This Applebee's will always hold a special place in my heart. The things I have witnessed at this Applebee's will follow me for the rest of my life. At this location I have witnessed someone hacking into the sound system to play Monk music, I have been a victim of an Accidental Sugar Daddy Incident, been a consumer of too many Dollaritas and half-priced appetizers, and observed the "baristas" serve the establishment. I will always return to this Applebee's, because when no one else is there for me, I can count on Applebee's.

Went out to eat with my husband and my brother and we waited almost an hour for our food. My brothers had ordered tenders and they were burnt , I ordered Broccoli Chicken Alfredo and it was cold and didn’t get my breadsticks until after I said something to a different server about my food being cold, my husband had ordered an extra side of fries and we didn’t get them till we was about to leave. They survived us the wrong drinks me and my brother asked for a Blue raspberry lemonade and we got a completely different type of lemonade. Our server was nowhere to be found.

Food was pretty good. However, there wasn't enough staff and I had to wait 40 minutes for a check so I could pay and leave

I arrived at 11:15am. Didn’t get served until 11:30am. Nobody was there and only 2 tables were seated. Ordered our food. 12:15pm the appetizer came. We ordered boneless wings. Every single one was raw and pink all the way through. Thankfully didn’t eat any. Terrible service and uncooked food. I didn’t want to wait around because the lady would take 30 more minutes. We left some cash for our drinks and walked out. Undercooked chicken and terrible service! Go at your own risk!

Ordered diner and drinks, took 25 minutes before we got water. Side salads came before our water. We ordered mixed drinks and had to ask for them 4 times and 55 minutes later we received them and 1 was wrong. Will never be back, some of the worst service I have ever

I now understand why they advertise all you can eat. The restaurant was only half full and we waited 40 minutes for food. The waitress then asked if I wanted some more and I said yes. Waited another 30 minutes for refill then finally asked for the check. I would hate to see what the wait is if the building is full.
