Finding good service these days is really hard, but Collins at Applebee's provided me and my family with upstanding service! Very attentive to their customers and such a great personality!

My husband Billy took me and my mom and aunt Charlotte and cousin Dorothy out for Valentine's day today for lunch and it was definitely delicious but the fries could be little hotter. Definitely best gift that any of us could of asked for best of family time memories made

It was pretty good. But the steak my brother-in-law had wasn't very good . He only had one bite and while chewing it just kept getting larger the more chewed. He couldn't eat any of it. The rest of us , our food was good. The waitress said as very nice. They did give a free dessert for the birthday person with us. But they didn't even offer a discount on the steak dinner.

Very nice and helpful employees. I have celiac disease, and often times dining out can be difficult. Our waitress was very helpful and checked on my order to make sure it was gluten-free.
The food was good. I would have given it a 5, except the rice was kinda dry.

The bourbon street chicken and shrimp was really good. The service was seriously fantastic, our waitress was attentive, nice, personable, and pretty funny. My husband and I went during lunch and we have absolutely no complaints.

Kristy is absolutely amazing in the bar!! We love her service and have become routine weekly customers thru the week because she provides such a great customer experience!!! David in management is also always very thorough, follows up thru out our visit to always make sure everything is in order and that his customers are receiving the best of service!! Highly recommend this Applebee's location for food quality, timeliness and especially service!!
