My husband and I decided to go to Applebees during a much needed date night. We started out at the Pearl Drive location, and waited 57 minutes for our food. We finally gave up, and left without eating. We decided to go to the E Morgan Ave location, because they have always went above and beyond for us. Katy was the sweetest waitress, and after hearing about our misfortune at the other restaurant, she pushed our food ahead of other orders. We had our food within 15 minutes! David was sure to check and see how our experience was, and we have always had positive experiences when we get the chance to speak with him. We have learned to never go against the E Morgan location. LOL! They have the best staff, and will do whatever they can to make it a positive experience.

Ooh I am sorry it's 953 and last call was at 945 so you can only have Pepsi products. I was here night before last and it was just OK. Tonight sucks. I can go to the mall a half mile away and Fridays is open till midnight. Lazy employees is why these chains are dying. By the way, there was a regular having a good ole time after last call.

Went there at lunchtime. They weren't busy.There were 2 is us.Had really nice burger,the price was great.
Problem was the music was so loud we couldn't hear what the other one was saying. I ask politely if the could turn it down a bit, which they did then turned it back up. Also it's so dark in there all the shade are pulled. It's like going Into a bar. The atmosphere is gloomy and cold.
If you notice restraunts nearby at lunchtime they are busy. One reason is they are bright and cheerful.. Not loud music. It's a shame they weren't busy the food was good. Service was OK.
Hopefully they will make it a more welcoming place to eat.

We went there yesterday on a Tuesday and it was not busy at all max people that was there was 15. We were told our waitress was new okay that’s cool we were nice and patient with her. Finally got our drinks and ordered our food. We ordered appetizers and tell me why we waited 45mins to not get anything at all she barely checked on us. She was goofing around with the manager on duty and another waitress. One of the girls notice us looking for our waitress and in a cocky way she looked at us waving with both hands at us. Than the manager and our waitress were laughing and pointing at us. Remind you we have been patient wasn’t mean just laughing and trying to be patient. So we ended up canceling our order since still haven’t even got our appetizers and drinks were empty. We asked for the check for the drinks and she was like your appetizers are being dropped! Wait what we have ordered 45 mins ago there is no one in here.worst experience we have ever had here and will not go back. Management should be a lot better.

Food took forever to come out and was lukewarm at best. (The manager did comp our meal). The waitress was a tad overworked and kinda inattentive, but I could tell she was trying at times. Truly surprised this Applebee's is still open.

Kailey & Alex the assistant manager are so professional and polite. I went here on the 26th and my children had a great time we stayed for over an hour and had a ball. They made sure we were taken care of and the restaurant was clean with food out quickly. 10/10 we will be back again!!!!

Collins the bar tender creates a very fun and welcoming environment AND has a great mustache 10/10 would come again

My husband Billy took me and my mom and aunt Charlotte and cousin Dorothy out for Valentine's day today for lunch and it was definitely delicious but the fries could be little hotter. Definitely best gift that any of us could of asked for best of family time memories made
