I recently placed a mobile order at this Arby’s location, and my experience left me very disappointed. As someone who works in customer service, I understand the challenges of the job, but the way I was treated was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude.

When I arrived at the drive-through, I politely requested no ice in my drink since the app didn’t offer that option. The employee, who appeared to be a manager based off the blue shirt, responded passive-aggressively, and I could tell by his tone and demeanor that he was irritated by my simple request with his response of, “Well, it was already made, but okay.” When I pulled up to the window, he informed me that the option to request no ice is in the app, which I genuinely did not see despite being familiar with mobile ordering. As I tried to explain this, he abruptly cut me off, said “have a good day,” and slammed the window shut while I was still holding my phone to show him.

This interaction felt intentionally dismissive and unkind, which is especially concerning if this person is a manager and a representative of the company’s leadership. A little patience and understanding would have gone a long way in resolving this situation. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reluctant to return to this location. I hope management can address this type of behavior to ensure future customers feel valued and respected.

We went to this arbys and the first few times the drive thru guy was rude I blew it off as everyone has bad days.... Yesterday we went to get arbys with our 8 year old and this guy was beyond rude. He treated us as if we were so stupid we couldn't read a menu . He was super rude and disrespectful to the point I am contacting corporate today . He also refused to get a manager on the phone when I called and invited us to come back and fight it out with him face to face. All the while I held my tongue and played the I want to speak with ur manager role. HE PRETENDED TO GET A MANAGER , DIGUSIED HIS VOICE , and as soon as I told " the manager " details he started yelling into the phone !! .This guy doesn't belong in the customer service anything . No parents should be so insanely disrespected trying
to order dinner for their children ! I do know David was the general manager working and either he supported the behavior or the employee pretending to be a manager ( drive thru attendant) who invited us to come fight it out face to face and hung up on us didn't tell David about this . I'm honestly not sure which . I hate to say it but David probably fully knew about this . If anyone else is having trouble let's contact corporate together. I just have a strong feeling we are not the only ones experiencing this level of rude disrespect at this restaurant. Arbys west side !

Came to arbys through the drive through and a red Pontiac g6 had just pulled outof the parking lot, then pulled back in and sat there talking to workers inside through the speaker for 10 mins. Even talking about how they will just sit there and wait till we pull off like we couldn't hear them. Pretty annoying to have happen when the workers know there's other cars behind them and entertaining it and not telling them to pull forward. Yes they have no control over the car but they were clearly friends. Only after we said something did they move.

Huge shoutout to the team at Arby’s on the west side of Evansville!

Kyle, Martise, and Grayce were absolutely amazing they went above and beyond to make sure my visit was perfect. They were all so helpful, incredibly nice, and brought a super positive energy ?.

I loved how they reminded me to ring the bell on the way out it added a fun touch to my visit ??!

Honestly the employees are great, it's the manager who's rude and unprofessional to regular customers. The employees deserve better than how their gm treats them and the customers do too.

Took 5 minutes to be waited on. Floor, tables and drink area were a disgrace, dirty and messy. Was short staffed! Embarrassing..

Got the chicken wrap. Didn't look like the picture. It was a large tortilla shell rolled into a ball. Wrap was not cut in half. The chicken was overcooked. We asked for ranch instead of honey mustard. We got a small amount of ranch on the wrap. Made it very dry. Not worth the price you pay.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 1/2 pound beef n cheddar meal got home and had a beef n cheddar classic with medium fries called to make them aware and get it fixed had to listen to them talk about me like I was lying and argue about what to do I understand not everyone is honest these days but maybe don’t let your customers know you think they’re lying. This isn’t the first time. I won’t be back.
