They gave my hubs a double beef & Cheddar instead of just double beef like he ordered. My jamocha shake tasted like a plain vanilla shake

I have been going to this location for a very long time and I have always felt they must have good management because every time I went thru drive thru to pickup my mobile order everyone was always nice. Now they have a guy named Thomas there and is nothing but a smart ass and to be honest, I wished I had his schedule in front of me so that I could still go there but when he isnt there...... wont be back. I hope others follow.
I did follow link and no reply from anyone. Another person I work with turned in same person for being very ignorant. If he is the best help you can get good luck.
