Awful. They argued with us over French fries. Ordered crinkle cut and they gave us curly fries. When my husband said he ordered crinkle fries the lady at the window started arguing and said she would have to charge us more.

Stood at the register for 5 minutes with at least 3 employees seeing me. One asked if i had a mobile order.
None were interested in taking my order or greeting me and telling me they were busy or making another excuse. I chose to walk over to the McDonald's instead and used their kiosk. I had my meal in less time than I waited here.

Their customer service has gone downhill the last few months as if their management had changed or something. Tonight our meal looked like it was slopped together quickly, it was bland, undercooked, they were stingy on the fries (the carton was half full), and no ice in our drinks (they've not had ice for weeks now, it doesn't take weeks to fix an ice machine). We will not be going to this location from here on.

I understand that places get busy and change can run low, but it is absolutely ridiculous to tell people that they can't pay in cash even if they have exact change, because they don't have change. Sounds like complete laziness and lack of accountability

HORRIBLE! Wanted me to stand in line in the drive thru with it 20 degrees outside!!!! Semi trucks cannot fit in the drive thru so I was supposed to WALK behind cars in this weather!
