Got the $7.99 box with a crispy chicken. The chicken was cold & very hard, you could tell it was cooked hours prior. No marinara for the mozzarella sticks & no Arby's sauce even though asked for. Attempted to call but no answer.

Ordered a beef and cheddar, the meat on it was not only thick, it was dark/green gray and had a fowl smell. As a former butcher, roast beef should not look nor smell like this. The older workers up front were excellent, the manager and the young girl doing my refund could stand to be retrained on customer service. Do better Arbys!

My husband went here last night, went inside Because the line outside was long, and he stood in front of registers for 15mins and nobody looked at him nor spoke so he left. This place sucks anymore

Had to go through the drive thru since the dining room was closed. We were made to feel like an inconvenience to the lady working as she rushed us through our order and asked we pull up away from the window to wait for our food. There was no one else behind us. When our food did come out, it wasn't fresh. Overall disappointing.

My daughter got a roast beef slider. It had one piece of the thickest, end meat on it . It was inedible and disgusting. We took it home so she only had fries to eat. Check your sandwich! I have a picture.

Bad dark ceiling tile hasn't been replaced. Blamed on wetness from a/c obits left side. New roof. Last week both restrooms toilets would not flush . Diapers msg in flush valves plugged up. Not water pressure. Reported. Reported ceiling tile several months ago, several times. Im surprised health dept.

Clean restaurant, food is decent. Steak nuggets were 2 hours old and not great.
Took time to get waited on with plenty of people working. The food was not good which was disappointing to get a luke warm sandwhich with ice cold fries when your paying the prices they now have. Will be a very long time before I eat at Arbys!!!

We eat a #15 at least two times each week. Just went through the drive-thru at 7:50 on 9/24, our sandwich was thrown in the bottom of the bag unwrapped. Got sandwich back less than a minute later no lettuce, no tomato, half of one half is missing the top half of bread. We're told to get out of line for 10 seconds wait time for the worst sandwich ever.
