Tiffany and Jennifer were so pleasant! Walked away with a smile on my face and pretzel in hand.

We got old and overcooked pretzels here and we were overcharged. Charged for the nuggets instead of pretzel. Caught the error and they claimed they corrected it and refunded us and charged us again the correct amount. Well the refund for the first transaction never came up on my credit card. I reached out to them and Jennifer Dallaire responded to me. Assuming she's a manager. She claimed she would call me to refund me March 27th but never did. I reached out to remind her but she never responded. It's now April 21st. So, I take it she never had any plan to refund me even though she knows we were charged twice. I think it's really bad business to overcharge your customers, lie to them, and ignore them when you owe them money. Posting a photo of the last email Jennifer sent for proof.
PS. Nobody wants those pretzel nuggets cause they've been sitting there all day.

I paid over $11 today for some VERY old pretzel bites and a drink at your store in Eastland mall in Evansville, IN. I didn't know how bad they were until I got home. They were dry and tough. I have bought pretzels from your company for years and never had any that I couldn't eat until today. How long are you keeping food after you make it. You can do better.

I was recently visiting the mall with my grandmother. We will never visit this specific Auntie Anne’s ever again!!!! not because of the food. Not because of the food, but because of one of the employees. I made sure to get a good look at her name tag. She wasn’t even working the counter and still gave us dirty looks, and talked to the other staff members like garbage. Her disrespect towards them alone made us want to leave without finishing our food.

On vacation visting from Rhode Island decided to stop here for my Dad’s birthday because it’s a favorite place of his back home! Highly dissatisfied, a young women with green hair had an attitude towards us when I asked if I could get pretzels that were not cold because the two I had ordered were given to me cold. They are too slow with their orders. 3 customers in line I waited 15 minutes for 2 pretzels and 2 drinks.

Our kids love Auntie Anne's for the pretzels. Our kids love the pepperoni pretzel bites with cheese dipping sauce. Awesome place atmosphere and service every time and always get samples while waiting in line.

Delicious pretzels! The staff were friendly and very quick to process orders. The pretzel was fresh and reasonably priced.

I wouldnt go to this store they serve old pretzels from days before and they have mice in their storage room not clean at all
