Great pizza and cookies but the service here is poor. Visited twice in 2 weeks and first visit food took 25 minutes (for 2 pizzas) and the interior was so smokey it hurt my eyes. Second visit, they gave my order away to someone else for some reason.

I ordered for someone else but I enjoyed the experience. Staff was friendly and didn't mind explaining all the unique steps and additions. You can get Grippo crumbs on your pizza. Ski on tap. I did carry out. Will update upon next visit.

Every time I go to the green River location everybody seems miserable there. Today I had to stop the guy from putting my pizza on the conveyor belt on three separate occasions without letting me put toppings on it. I try to go out of my way to go to Newburgh cuz it's a better location and nobody there seems as miserable as they do a Green River but I can't always do that. So from now on if I can't get pizza in Newburgh I will just eat somewhere else. It makes me wonder if there is an issue with managers making employees miserable.
Eat here OFTEN but this time was kind of off. My order was wrong after our pizza's came out of the oven. They put grippo's, ski & zip dust on both pizza's instead of just one. Mistakes happen & we will be back another day !!!Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options here !!!

Fantastic place. It's like the subway of the pizza world. Healthy and gluten free options available.Parking: Small lot. Peak hours the parking can be difficult. But just drive in circles. I cycles quickly.

i have a very severe dairy, egg, and nut allergy and i can SAFELY eat here. at all the locations. i’ve never had an issue. i came to this one tonight and Timmy V made my pizza, as soon as i said i had allergies he went above and beyond to make sure it was as safe and clean as it could be. need more workers in the food service like him! thanks azzip!Dietary restrictions: dairy, egg, shellfish, nut and gluten free and vegan meat options.

We visited n.Greenriver location tonight got there a little after 8pm Excellent customer service at prep table and at checkout But there was a young man and a young lady in the dining room cleaning and helping customers and they were friendly and helpful. Young ladies name was Grace she was very kind and helpful.
