Sit down for this comedy show. My coworker and I decided we were in need of a sweet treat and we both did online orders from this Baskin Robbin’s. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told they never received our order and was asked if I ordered it at the correct location??? Once I was adamant that I was sure I ordered it at the only Baskin Robbin’s in Evansville, they magically found our orders but told me they had none of the flavors we ordered. Okay??? Then how is ordering it online even possible?? I was told I could just choose new flavors but Walmart has more exciting flavors than they had available. I told them to just refund my money and they told me they couldn’t. I was seriously laughing out loud at this point. They told me I would have to go online to cancel my order. When I went to try that, there was no option to cancel. I finally gave in and just settled for the literal vanilla ass flavors they had available so I didn’t completely waste $9. A true horror story.

Long story short, they closed down our basket robbins on east side evsnsville indiana a couplee years ago or so. Put a new one on first avenue. We dont get over that way often but decided to go tonight. Was supposed to be open til 9 which it was just after 8. Doors were already locked with nothing noting why. That is terrible. Drive thru may have been open but didnt want to go through drive thru. Terrible actually less than one star for me.

If you get there 30 minutes before closing, even their hours say they are open, they will always tell you they are closed. Happened multiple times already, watched them frantically lock the door when they saw us pull in. Why have your hours to 9 when you lock the door at 8:30?🤦♀️

Woman working was extremely rude and made me feel so uncomfortable ordering because I was going through the flavors asking if they had them when they out of nearly all. After all that she ended up giving me the wrong ice cream, and the wrong size, and I wouldn’t complain, but the ice cream that I got was a nasty flavor too. I drove over 20 minutes just to come here to try the Winter seasonal ice cream and the whole experience and ice cream was absolutely not worth it. We will not be back again.

Ordered on door dash. Both of the flavors I ordered were unavailable. They asked if I had any other flavors I would like for the Fresh Pack 24oz. After cycling through FOUR other flavors, we finally found two that they actually carried that were in stock that I could get. Even though it was a fresh pack, they told me they could not scoop ice cream flavors for me, they could only give me what was already scooped. I ended up with 2 pre-packed pints, not fresh scoops, and one was still the wrong flavor!!

I ordered an ice cream turkey cake for Thanksgiving 6 days in advance and when I went to pick it up they hadn’t made it and had no way to help me get one.
Great banana splits! Came 2x, the 2nd time our splits were missing the sauces..

What I ordered was really good. I also was impressed with the constant cleaning that was happening. The place was spotless and shiny and everyone was working on it. It was late Sunday afternoon. Around 5. Really impressed.

If you want something sweet but are trying to lose weight and money, this is your spot. Ordered a 2 scoop Sunday with cookie dough ice cream and caramel. It was missing the whip cream, almond pieces and cherry. It was in a baby cup and maybe was 1 scoop. When I asked, they laughed and didn't offer to fix. Almost 5 bucks for 4 bites of a "sunday"Biggest challenge was trying not to get it all on spoon at once.
