What I ordered was really good. I also was impressed with the constant cleaning that was happening. The place was spotless and shiny and everyone was working on it. It was late Sunday afternoon. Around 5. Really impressed.

2 times in a row this place has sold me RAW bagels! We even told the counter person to make sure it's toasted as the last one was raw and uncooked. Instead we got another uncooked raw bagel. Will not be returning there. Also don't think it's sanitary to dip their fingers in red bucket of water (that's typically used to hold bleach water to wipe down surfaces to stay in accordance with NYC health code) instead of washing their hands! Crazy. I really don't suggest this place. There's another Dunkin' nearby, best bet is order from there.

If you are in the mood for coffee and/or donuts and it's close to 5:00 am do not come here. They will not be open. Especially if it is Monday.

Fast service, but one time I got a coffee that was burnt which I found out about after I got to the office. Next day I asked if I can get a coffee for free after telling them about what happened, they said no. Bad business mind

If you want something sweet but are trying to lose weight and money, this is your spot. Ordered a 2 scoop Sunday with cookie dough ice cream and caramel. It was missing the whip cream, almond pieces and cherry. It was in a baby cup and maybe was 1 scoop. When I asked, they laughed and didn't offer to fix. Almost 5 bucks for 4 bites of a "sunday"Biggest challenge was trying not to get it all on spoon at once.
This location is a just a grab and go, there's no seating here. Kind of hidden but there's a big marquee that's being blocked by scaffolding at the moment. They are fast though and you can always do mobile pickup here as well Thru their app.
