Ben's Soft Pretzels

Went here and the place literally has nothing. Only mango for smoothies and the worst shake flavors. Cashier also had no idea what she was doing. Do better.

The guy said it was 10 minutes old.
It was hard and nasty.
I personally don’t know how they stay in business with the old stuff they serve.
The only time I get something edible is when I wait on or insist they make something fresh. This is every time I go there.

She just sold me a pretzel burnt and so hard it could bust a window in town visiting family I'm a restaurant manager so I'm not the Karen type for sure it's wasn't even worth the few steps it took me to walk over I'd say the owners don't know but they are the reason that happened I mean literally in your name is ( soft pretzel )

The fact you guys opened a store connected to another pretzel place is enough for me to already dislike you guys. Its disrespectful and honestly just ignorant. Pretzels are also mid.

Service was absolutely awful! Workers were lazy and told us they were out of dough to avoid making our order! Workers were rude and barely knew how to answer

The workers at this place ruin the entire experience. They are not only illiterate but also rude. Definitely wouldnt recommend them. It’s embarrassing how simple customer service can be but they choose not to display any.

They advertise the flamin hot pretzel but never have it prepared. When you ask to employees to make it they tell you it takes too long or that they ran out of dough. They need to work on managing their employees a lot better.

I was stuck between the flamin hot cheetos pretzel and the sausage prizza & thankfully the employee helped me choose and suggested the flamin hot cheeto pretzel~there was a bit of a wait because it is Saturday but they made it fresh and I would definitely consider it to be a life changing food it was so gosh darn dang good~I’ll probably cry if they ever stop serving them

I have to say I came in from out of town to shop at the mall an I never expected to see LINDSAY! This was the best waitress in town I have been everywhere looking for her! An I found her at bens soft pretzels!!! You definitely have a new customer an now I can tell everyone where she is! This makes me so happy to see her working an smiling an happy! Bens soft pretzels you have a wonderful one with Lindsay. I can't wait to tell everyone I have fond her! ☺️

The Ben’s at the Indianapolis Airport, although the only other example I can give from personal experience, produces pretzels with much more manageable levels of butter and salt. The Evansville location went a bit overboard with my delivery. Still relatively delectable, but not the best. Ben’s quality is amplified and only justified when ingredients are utilized in moderation.
