this restaurant has amazing quality food but for the price is crazy i went here thinming it would be cheap like mc donalds but NO the price for large onion rings costed me almost over 8 BUCKS thats crazy. the price needs to be lowerd im coming for the food not for the looks of the place so please get it better for the prices cause im not going back if it keeps costing like its a 5 star restaurant.

This has been our go to place when we come in town but today .....we stopped by to get our favorite meal and the young lady was telling us that she had to switch shifts.....she SLOWLY counted the drawer of the cash register...so we left...very disappointed..... I personally don't wanna go back.....

I've eaten here all my life. I went yesterday and was quite disappointed and surprised. Staff was present and did their job otherwise very neutral food was satisfactory nothing special but has always done the job it's never been bad. My surprise was that the prices are ridiculous 2 medium milkshakes cost me $18!!! 2 plain Jane chocolate milkshakes 48 ounces of a little milk, chocolate mix and ice creme COST $18 it's pittyful. For comparison I can order a medium pizza and bread sticks and never leave my house for 6 dollars more.
We had an amazing lunch and service was exceptional! We had Cierra to assist us and she was more than helpful and helped us decide by suggesting a few of her favs and we now have our own favs! Last time we were there our service was not that great so having someone like her this time made us miss not coming in lately from past experiences! Big top is where it’s at!!!!
Kid-friendliness: I have a 5 year whom was made to feel right at home right away and Cierra as well suggested the chili to him so of course he had to have it and loves it now!
Staff was dripping sweat and actively wiping their foreheads with their arms while making food, probably due to there being zero AC in the building. Besides the staff being a health hazard the food was hard to eat. We got Low quality stiff burgers with a very weird flavor, wet lettuce, just unappetizing. Couldn't eat it. If I hadn't paid prior to picking the food up and seeing the inside I would have ran.
Edit for the manager - order number #45. I'm not sure what could be done to make the experience better in the future besides the place having AC. I feel like that would fix all the issues besides food quality. I feel like the food quality was probably lacking due to the workers about to have a heat exhaustion
