Terrible Experience – Still Waiting for a Refund After Over a Month
If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I ordered a Thanksgiving dinner and paid for it online at the time of the order. However, when my husband went to pick it up, they claimed we hadn’t paid and he ended up paying again. In the end, we paid over $100 twice for a single Thanksgiving family meal!
After reaching out to the restaurant, we were told that the refund would take 1 to 5 business days. That was over a month ago, and we're still waiting. We've spoken to multiple "managers" and each time, we get the same response: 1 to 5 business days. It’s clear this place is poorly managed, and despite our repeated efforts to resolve the issue, we’re still out of our money.
I will never give them another penny, and I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant if you want to avoid frustration and poor customer service.

Ruined my Thanksgiving. Missing food in an order that was pre ordered 2 days ahead. Wouldn't answer the phone to correct the order or solve the issue. The food missing was the only specific food that my daughter would eat, so because she didn't get to eat, nobody got to eat. Horrible service. Had 2 whole days to figure out 1 order and couldn't get it right.

I gave it one star only because we went in there, sat down and ordered biscuits and gravy, and were informed that they were out of biscuits and before 10:00 in the morning, yikes! We informed the waitress that we were there for biscuits, and so we were going to leave and go someplace else and eat, and we did. I'm sure this does not happen often, but it did happen to us.
The restaurant was very dirty. No toilet paper in the restroom. The floors looked like they had not been swept in days. The blinds on the window where I was seated , had visible dust and dirt on every slat. The chairs had white dust on the back of the seats and rungs of the chairs. Service was so slow, we almost left and later wished that we had. I have been to other Bob Evan’s and never seen such a poorly run establishment . I will never go back to this one

Only went there because my 90-year-old grandmother wanted to have a meal here. Refills were hard to get. Staff and cooks were slow. Food tasted like they came out of a can and not fresh. All I can say is the store looked clean. Did not use the restroom. Definitely, not a place that I would recommend unless you are so old you don't know what in the world is going on around you. I am surprised that establishments such as this are still around. It does not draw in the younger crowd at all. I am talking about middle age or younger. I tried talking grandma out of going there because I had been to this restaurant before, but she had to have her way. I won't be back.
