The restaurant was too warm. The server had a dirty uniform and looked sweaty and uncomfortable. The bartender was rude.The main course took a long time to arrive. So I don't recommend dining here during the summer months and I'll avoid the bar area from now on, because of the humorless and entitled bartender. Apparently being polite and patient is not in her wheel house.

We celebrated our 8th Anniversary with my cousins, and we all thoroughly enjoyed this visit. The food was totally delicious, as it was hot, fresh, and of high quality.
The restaurant was clean, and looked amazing! Everyone was super nice and friendly, and we were all greeted with a smile of curtious employees who treated us just like family.
As usual, we were having a great time chatting and visiting and I again almost forgot to get pics. I was not able to get all the meals we ordered, however, I did get a few of them, plus the complimentary cheese cake for our Anniversary, which was Awesome and much appreciated!
We will all be going back to Bonefish Grill, as we have Zero Complaints! People were awesome, the restaurant was spotless and ultra clean, and the service was Perfect!
Our waiter made sure we never ran out of drinks, which is very important to the Big Guys at the table...

Starters came in quickly, but main dish took forever, when my food finally arrived the steak was rare instead of medium well, no problem the server took it back into the kitchen, by the time I got it back everyone else at my table was done eating. And still, my steak was rare. So they took it back to the kitchen again and 5 min later I got it back medium well, I know they had to microwave it to cook it that fast. The manager came to the table and apologized and said we don't have to pay for my plate which was nice, so when I finally started to eat I noticed that my green beans and potatoes were way undercooked almost raw. I ate my free steak and we left. Food was way overpriced for the value you get, seasoning was missing. I would recommend to go to red lobster for a great meal. Bonefish is not worth it.

I keep seeing the staff park by the door and right in front the restaurant. We keep having to park in the parking lot a few rows down. My 93 year old mother would love the few less steps to the restaurant. I would have loved one of those closer spots when I broke my foot. Why are those closer parking spots for the staff and not for customers? I find that strange. The staff I see parking close seem to walk just fine and are not loading items. They just seem to be leaving for the night. Please designate the closer parking spots for customers and not just for staff and waiters only. Thank you.

Great waitress! Great meal. My only issue is the hostess. She sat us too close to the host’s station and the front door. Not a big deal. But when I asked for a different table she acted like I stepped on her shoes with lots of eye rolling. Ma’am, that’s your job - to seat people. It’s not hard. Management should know your hostess is attitudey with customers over simple requests. It’s another table. Shouldn’t have been a big deal to anyone.
Yummy meal! I really enjoyed it. Nice waitress, but she had a hard time describing the food and drinks. I also had to see switch out our water glasses and our silverware because the first set was dirty. There was a lot of trash on the floor in the bathroom and on the floor in front of our table. Also the music was too loud and I kept smelling weed from somewhere. I couldn’t tell if it was coming from a waiter or another customer. It floated in and out. The food took a while to arrive, too. They were pretty busy so maybe they just couldn’t keep up. It was still a nice evening, but it lacked finesse.

Sloooooooooow service. Please hire more waiters for lunch. Every time I go in for a quick lunch, the service is slow, because you got only one or two girls working. In the meantime, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Kinda like a diner. I enjoyed my meal. They just missed a lot of details. My napkin had lint on it. The silverware was spotty and had food on it. There was trash and napkins under the table. The table was sticky. We went to bar after our meal and sat too close the service area. So we got to listen to the bartenders be rude to the staff. A lot of complaining. The kitchen looked messy. Lots of food and such on the floor. Maybe it was an off night but it was not really an upscale experience. I kept smelling Mary Jane too.
