My experience was amazing..From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a sweet young girl her name was Brooklynn.. She talked as she took me to my table..She was so nice. Then I was welcomed by my waitress..Her name was Kayla.. She was the best waitress ever..She made sure I had everything I needed.She didn't hover over me but was very attitive.. She paid attention to me and made my dining experience fantastic. I left there in a great mood..thanks to the two ladies!! thank you!!I had gotten a steak cooked to perfection and Brussel sprouts..

Went in recently for lunch. Was handed a dinner menu. So I asked the waiter for a lunch menu. She told me that the manager told her to hand out dinner menus for lunch because the prices on the dinner menu were higher than the lunch menu. The manager told her to try and get us to order from the dinner menu, so that our bill was higher, and to only give us a lunch menu if we asked for it. So I got a lunch menu and ordered from it. The food was good. But that's pretty appalling sneaky service from a manager!!!!!!!! Just a head's up! I don't like that. So that's absolutely one star service. Glad to know you are not on my side and are trying to con me, Manager. (If that was a manager's order.) Very unprofessional.

Bonefish Grill never disappoints! The atmosphere is classy but still comfortable, perfect for a nice dinner without feeling too stuffy. The Bang Bang Shrimp is always a must-order appetizer—crispy, saucy, and addictive. We both had the filet & lobster tail and it was cooked to perfection. Our server Laine was friendly and attentive. She never let our drinks run out and made sure everything was perfect. Definitely one of my go-to places when I want consistently great food and a relaxed night out.

We had the best server I wish I could remember his name!!! He did a wonderful job and the food was perfect!!! He put a smile on my face with his drawing of a fish on my to go box!! We got the blacken fish tacos, chicken egg rolls, the unicorn fish and bang bang shrimp.

Quickly seated, server immediately took my order and came right back with my drink. Food was delicious!
The food was well cooked and seasoned. They also had some decent specials for the evening. Service was nice and polite. However, the restaurant is showing some age and has cleanliness issues. The air vents have some sort of black material that has blown out of them. Is this mold? Is it dirt? I don’t know. But it is gross and needs cleaned. I included a picture of one. But they all look like this. And look worse in person

I come to Bonefish often and usually have a great experience - but this visit was a bit disappointing. I waited about 14 minutes before anyone came to my table - thankfully, the waiter at the table next to me brought water and mentioned that my server should’ve been with me by now. I ordered the Imperial Cod, which tasted great, but it did have a bone in it - not a huge issue, but unexpected since it's supposed to be boneless. Hopefully just an off night, but wanted to share the experience

Butterfish was good, no fishy taste and melted in your mouth. Rice and spinach were good. Cilantro Salmon had a heavy crust on the outside and would have been dry withiut the sauce placed on top. Mexican Street corn was good but, not my cup of tea. Beef and Ginger potstickers were good the ginger slaw was a good addition. Bread was good. Seasonal cheesecake was strawberry champagne, it was good. Good size slice for the price. Service was good.
