No trays or bags when getting food. They stacked 3 containers on top of each other, knocked them over the counter when handing us our drinks, and refused to give us replacements. We ended up paying $45 for 3 spirits.

If you want Asian food from Eastland mall, get it from here! Its always so good and is one of the only restaurants that has lasted the past 14+ years I've lived here. Always amazing! 5,000 stars if I could!

Bourbon Street Grill is nostalgic for me, and not only that its good food and friendly service every time.
They rushed me through the line, did not listen to my order. I got three meals and they got two of them completely wrong, stacked three boxes and two drinks together, then one fell. Absolutely ridiculous.
Workers were very kind. Food was delicious. And the service was excellent.

used to love coming here until i brought my bf and the old lady working refused to acknowledge my presence or take my order until she took my bfs entire order first including drinks. literally ignored me when i was standing in front of him saying my order to ask him “no no, what do you want sweetie?” guess she thought he was the one paying and leaving a tip in the jar….

The Best takeout Chinese in Evansville! I usually get the Fried rice and Crab Rangoon, and honey Chicken, but they do have Strawberry chicken you have to preorder it, the strawberry chicken is one of my favorites! And the Staff is Very Friendly! I Thank them for all their hard work!
