Went in to get a peanutbutter cup protein smoothie and they had to make it 3 times took forever then the third time it was a completely different smoothie no peanut butter in it , at that point I just took it and said thank you....I had paid for it and thought Im going to call and just kindly let them know I deserve one made right* what I paid for) they wrote my name and number down and were very sweet. Then I get a call from a diff employee with a huge attitude about the whole thing I said actually I would love to speak to your owner and she hung up on me ?? Everyone else that works there was very kind just needed a little training she was very disrespectful to have her running or handling matters of your business is a something you need to look into!!!!

The place is spotless—everything looks fresh and cared for, which matters when you’re grabbing something healthy. My order came out quick and exactly how I wanted it. Bowlify is one of my favorite places to go for a healthy snack. I've never had a bad experience here with food or customer service. The staff is always super friendly and the food is always delicious. Highly recommend!!!
I always thought this was a kid friendly place as a healthy alternative but we went yesterday with 6 kids and the employee seemed irritated we were there and the main thing is she wouldn’t give us an extra cup for our 4 year old to try his sisters smoothie. I’ve never heard of a place not willing to give you any extra cups? She wouldn’t even give us a water cup! I also checked their website and their açaí bowls are full of added sugar. A very disappointing (and expensive) experience!
