Made reservations in advance for four adults. When we arrived , they put us at a table in front of the door? When there was plenty of other tables to seat us at. I asked to be moved, they put us at a small high top table . It was very tight . I can see if we had no reservations etc. the only saving grace was our server and food. Will probably won't return because of the way we were treated !
My husband and I both had burgers, and as always at BruBurger, they didn't disappoint. Our server, Olivia, was excellent and very attentive despite how busy the restaurant was. Another server, Britteny, checked on us a few minutes after Olivia took our drink order and offered us a complimentary appetizer as compensation for our wait. Enjoyed the consistent quality of food delivered to our table; just wish the temp of the onion ring appetizer had been delivered warm. It wasn't even close to warm l; but my guest ate them anyway- and no I did not get the chance to tell my server as I only saw him till after our entrees were served.
