My husband and I went to Bubba's for dinner tonight. We ordered the onion ring appetizer that was given to another table. The issue wasn't found out until our entrees were brought out and we asked about it. My husband ordered the super stromboli, which came out piping hot on the outside, yet confusingly room temperature on the inside. The waitress was wonderful and took it away to speak to the manager, but by the time a decision was made, I was 2/3 through her grilled shrimp taco meal and my husband did not want to have to wait another 15 minutes for a remake. Ironically, while all of this was happening, the food runner tried to bring us wings and fries which were for the table behind us, who she gave our appetizer to. The most disappointing part was the manager didn't even come and speak with us, he left it all on the server (who, again, did a great job). Overall a very disappointing experience and not a place we would look to come back to anytime soon.

My wife and I ate here for the first time today. I ate the fried shrimp and it was amazing. She ate the Monte Cristo and loved it! Our server was Destiny and she was the best! She even made my wife a special drink she asked for. Definitely will return!

My husband & I went in for an early lunch and were pleasantly surprised! The food was delicious, the restaurant was clean but most importantly the service was excellent. Destiny was our server and she went above and beyond. We will definitely will be back!

The service at our Bubba’s in Evansville IN is terrible! We saw our waitress twice - once to take our order, once to bring two of our meals. Our other food was sent with a runner and one of our pizzas was wrong. We were told it would be remade and offered us the incorrect one to take home. Then we never saw our waitress again. We flagged another one down to ask for drink refills and waited again but no refills and no remade pizza. Finally the manager came out and apologized and said our pizza is now being remade and she would get our refills. We waited 40 minutes for that pizza and refills! We asked for it to go because by that time my son had already eaten scraps from everyone’s plates. They did comp us the pizza and gave us wrong one to take home and were given a couple of free appetizer cards. Our bill was still $50 for 3 people and needless to say we didn’t give much of a tip. If our waitress had been more attentive and kept our drinks filled we would have tipped her well and just assumed the issue was in the kitchen. This was our second bad experience at this location and we are not likely to return. Anyone need some free appetizer coupons? The food is wonderful but it just isn’t worth the hassle to get the correct food and to get refills on drinks. They were not busy (no wait to be seated) and we were there well over an hour.

First time at this chain and won't be the last. They did a great job accommodating our group of 30. Menu has plenty of options. The fried cheese and spicy shrimp apps were very good. My boneless teriyaki wings had great flavor but were a bit overcooked. Wife loved her strawberry salad. Average beer selection. Will be back.

Expect to spend $15.00 - $30.00 per person. I found it more than reasonable.
Place was clean and well maintained.
The booth we had was comfy. I can't speak for the tables or bar but from a distance they appeared that they would be too.

Once we finally got our text that our table for 6 was ready (waited about 45min), the waitress was great. Long wait on appetizers and even longer for meals. The music was too loud for comfortable conversation while we waited outside AND while at our table.

Our server Shay's customer service was amazing and exceptional! The food was very good! It was a little warm indoors but it was extremely hot outside so understandable. But Shay made sure to keep our cold drinks filled! All in all, great visit, great food!

The food was really good. I had the patriot burger/tater tots w/cheese and bacon and my husband had the double bacon burger with onion rings. We also got the combo appetizer with fried pickles, curvy cheese sticks, and boneless wings. Our waitress on the other hand was not great. She came and took our order for drinks which we ended up having to ask about 20 min later, right about the time our appetizer got to us. We just brushed it off as they had just got done with a busy lunch I'm sure. Until she then proceeded to bring us food that wasn't ours but the people that had come in 15 min after we did. She then apologized and grabbed the food back and took it to the people behind us that had ordered it. I k ow people get busy but she never asked about our drinks being refilled my husband had to flag her down to get another one and other than her asking if our food was ok we never saw her at lur table again. I will go back because of the food but will hopefully have better service.
