Every time I’ve had Buffalo Wild Wings, it’s been just one disappointment after another. It’s hasn’t gotten any better over the years. The waitresses aren’t to blame it’s mainly the food. If it was better more people would want to eat there but it’s just gotten a lot worse.

Was here to pickup order at 5:50 pm which gave them 20 minutes or so , it’s now 6:12pm as I wait here patiently for 12 wings and an appetizer 😳😂, what’s going on in this kitchen?? I don’t see them surviving…! Time will tell

Naked chicken fingers and cheddar cheese curds, how appetizing does that look! Not very to me. The chk wasn’t seasoned and to me should have been coated in the sauce of your choice. The wings are usually good but to me this is a flop. The hatch queso is pretty good and I demolished it. Service is average, to be expected. Stick to what they do, wings.

Server was very nice, but the food (especially for the price) is not great. The boneless wings are tiny. Our table ordered a $9 order of onion rings. We got 4 onion rings. The kitchen sent out the appetizer with the meal, and the meal came in 2 waves, 10 minutes apart. Place used to be a really good spot. Now, not so much.

We walked into a sports bar/restaurant at noon on an NFL Sunday (11/3). We wanted to eat lunch and watch football. Instead, we were told by the hostess that she would need to clean off a few tables, and then, maybe the waitstaff would be ready to serve us (there were a dozen clean/vacant tables). We waited 15 minutes and then left for Hacienda across the street. I've given this place too many chances. Beginning to wonder if I'm insane, as I keep expecting a different result. Never again. Is your heart set on B-Dubs? Drive to Green River Road and thank me later.

We went to eat for my son's birthday and they refused service because we were only a party of 3 and said they will only take parties of 6 or more. Never heard that one before but oh well. They didn't offer a wait time just said they couldn't serve us
The last few times I've gone the food has been a little over cooked, today the food is burnt and rock hard. Not worth the $30 I spent. I keep going back cause I thought maybe the first 2 times was a fluke, turns out they just can't cook. I will not be going back ever. My visits here are well over 4 months apart or more and the quality just keeps getting worse. I have photos but of course it won't let me upload them.

I appreciate the gentlemen changing my order around giving me the BOGO deal but I specifically ordered boneless, not traditional. I knew the BOGO was only available to Traditional and I still asked for Boneless. When the man went over my order, he told me he added the BOGO to bring my total down but I didn't realize at the time he was actively changing my order from boneless to traditional. Again, appreciate the thought of the man but I ended up not getting what I ordered.

Me and my girlfriend ordered online she got hers by the specified time, and we waited an hour for mine and it never showed up, her food got cold and I asked about it and they told me “5 more minutes.” numerous times and I finally got tired of waiting so I asked for a refund. I’ve never experienced this at any location but this just made for an over all disappointing experience.
