The boneless wings are hard. I like them crispy yeah, but these could have broken teeth. Never getting bdubs again, the food is not good and it's quite expensive (spent something like $12 for 6 boneless wings and carrots, no drink or fries. the majority of which I didn't end up eating because it was so unenjoyable)
Service was not the greatest. Some food items were too hard to eat.

Have you been to a Buffalo wild wings before the atmosphere is the same as any other very inviting lots of TVs exciting games going on the food is pretty good nice warm seem to be fresh and the drinks were cold and enjoyable. The service was prompt and ready and always there to refill drinks when needed very intentive.

We sat for 20 mins. Before anyone greeted us. The server Robin finally came to us and PICKED US UP OUTSIDE OF HER SECTION. At that time we were greeted positively, politely, proudly, and very welcoming. She took our orders confirming each thing with all of us. It then took us 30 mins to get our food and there was only 4-5 tables in there at this time and all had food besides two tables. One table in which was full of young teenagers who kept running circles around our table and another table while being loud and disruptive. When our food came out everything was correct but was VERY COLD. Fries were so cold they were hard all the wings were cold and only half were sauced. We then politely asked for our food to be remade and Robin was very professional and went and got us the manager. When Rose approached our table she was very rude, huffing and puffing and tried to blame Robin for the food being cold. At that time all of our food was remade. We waited about another 25 mins for our food and which it did come out WARMER then the last but not HOT as it should have been. This go around my son’s burger was made wrong and so was my chicken wrap. Robin then again asked for Rose to come out and at that time she began to blame Robin for the food not being rang in correctly. Mind you the first time the only thing wrong was it was cold. So i explained to Rose that I didn’t feel any of it was Robins fault she stayed very professional even when she was degraded in front of all customers in the dinning room by Rose. After sending two meals back to the kitchen again we just asked for the two meals to be taking off our bill. Rose did end up taking care of our bill. But we were very polite to Robin explaining it was not her fault as she sat in tears in the middle of the dinning room. Management was/is very unprofessional and treats her employees disrespectfully.
Robin earned a $50 tip!!!!

I am only giving this 3 stars because our waitress was very nice.
My husband and I normally go to the Bdubs to go in Newburgh but wanted to be able to go for a date this time so we decided to go to this location instead. We waited at least twenty minutes for our food if not longer but we didn't mind being it was a Saturday evening. The disappointment wasn't in that, it was in the food. We got 10 bone-in wings, 6 boneless wings, potato wedges and onion rings. My husband said his wings were hot but all of my food was cold. My guess is that they got mine done first then made his. On top of it being cold, the grease it was cooked in clearly tasted old. I didn't complain to the waitress therefore I didn't give them a chance to make it right which is my own fault but I just didn't feel like it was worth it... PLUSI don't trust people not to tamper with the food.
In conclusion, I'll probably just continue going to the one in Newburgh instead.. It just sucked because my boss always says how good the food is there..

Manager was very rude to her employees, especially in front of customers....not a good way to conduct business in front of customers. Take employee to the back or off to the side to discuss a situation not infront of customers

Honestly food was cold to the touch nothing was hot, French fries was so stail, rock hard. They kept having to remake food and still couldn't get it right. So we had to pay for what we got or dont eat. Will not be coming back. Don't recommend eating here.

The food was not good the sauce tasted off my sister my niece and myself all feel sick now after eating the wings my grandson and nephews mac and cheese was cold the server didn't bring us all of our food it took i think 4 maybe 5 trips to get it right my family won't let me say anything at the restaurant they get embarrassed so I'll say it here so I definitely won't be going back best thing I ate from there night have been the celery

Service was just it just sucked. The place is dead as while we order appetizers, then we order our food. Everything comes out at once we couldnt even enjoy our appetizers.when the food did get there it was luke warm and they didn’t toss the wings just covered one side of the wings. I wasn’t eve done ordering when he brings the check he was to worried about going home. And this the second I’ve eaten there when I can’t even get my food hit and aint even busy

Most racist kitchen manager I could encounter myself with!!! Him and the bartender were the most racist people I have ever met in a customer service relationship! How horrible this experience was for me and mines!!!! Disgusting, disrespectful and unprofessional!!! I called the manager and it made the whole situation worse… I told him to go ahead and call the cops cuz I knew I was in the right and he said “you’re not worth it!” Are you serious!? After spending more than $300 you think you can come and disrespect me ME AND MINES because we are Hispanics?? You’re sooooooo wrong!!!!
My friends were there last night and had to be a victim of you guys. Racism is not a joke and your kitchen manager and bartender were the most racist people they have encountered. I hope you guys can get to the bottom of this and get rid of people like that because we the Hispanic community are very together and can make your business loose so much customers. Do better Buffalo Wild Wings. I was a regular customer and i will not longer spend my money and time with you guys, this makes me sick to my stomach.
