The food was not good the sauce tasted off my sister my niece and myself all feel sick now after eating the wings my grandson and nephews mac and cheese was cold the server didn't bring us all of our food it took i think 4 maybe 5 trips to get it right my family won't let me say anything at the restaurant they get embarrassed so I'll say it here so I definitely won't be going back best thing I ate from there night have been the celery

Service was just it just sucked. The place is dead as while we order appetizers, then we order our food. Everything comes out at once we couldnt even enjoy our appetizers.when the food did get there it was luke warm and they didn’t toss the wings just covered one side of the wings. I wasn’t eve done ordering when he brings the check he was to worried about going home. And this the second I’ve eaten there when I can’t even get my food hit and aint even busy

Most racist kitchen manager I could encounter myself with!!! Him and the bartender were the most racist people I have ever met in a customer service relationship! How horrible this experience was for me and mines!!!! Disgusting, disrespectful and unprofessional!!! I called the manager and it made the whole situation worse… I told him to go ahead and call the cops cuz I knew I was in the right and he said “you’re not worth it!” Are you serious!? After spending more than $300 you think you can come and disrespect me ME AND MINES because we are Hispanics?? You’re sooooooo wrong!!!!

My friends were there last night and had to be a victim of you guys. Racism is not a joke and your kitchen manager and bartender were the most racist people they have encountered. I hope you guys can get to the bottom of this and get rid of people like that because we the Hispanic community are very together and can make your business loose so much customers. Do better Buffalo Wild Wings. I was a regular customer and i will not longer spend my money and time with you guys, this makes me sick to my stomach.

The food is really good, and every Tuesday there are wings buy 1 get 1 50% off, and !!>> if you are the app new user you can even get the wings Tuesday buy 1 get 1 free!! (at most 15) with the coupon in app(ask restaurant if they accept)<<. I love the asian zing flavor, and I highly recommend to try the buffalo dry rub flavor.
I ordered last Super Bowl Sunday 2024, was able to walk in at the time I requested my food be ready, and leave in about 30 seconds... this year I come in five minutes before I ask my food to be ready, and wait in line about 15 minutes. I finally get to the register. Turns out my food has been sitting on this table right next to entrance since i got there. (I was under the impression those orders were for Doordash, since the manager stood next to it at one point, asking customers if they were with Doordash) I'm not sure why they'd have it done before I asked, but I get home to eat my wings, the box is soggy as hell, and the wings aren't even warm anymore. Not really sure what's happened in the last year but it really shouldn't be that hard to make wings, guys. Get it together bro. Super Bowl Sunday

Wheelchair accessibility: The whole shopping center on that end only has selected few parking spots. So if your in a wheelchair you could find it difficult. Parking in the back of the lot take two spaces up because it never fails to have someone park next to you where you arent able to load.

The driest oldest and stiffest wings I have ever eaten in my life, yes; we ate them because my children were hungry after spending all morning in activities away from home and anyway we would pay for them but also the fries were miserable, so as if that were not enough the attention with nonexistent interest of the waitress left much to be desired she seemed to be more interested on how much tipping leave her other tables than giving proper Attention. This was the Last time I visited this place I felt that for what I paid I could have obtained at least something better.
The place wasn't even full for having had such a poor experience regarding food and attention, we will definitely not return
