The folks here at Burger Bank are great. Always a "thank you, have a nice day". Don't expect many healthy options but if some fried comfort food and a milkshake is your game, then this is the spot. The shrimp basket is enough for two lunches (or one dinner if you're a big fella like me) forewarning the coleslaw does leave a little to be desired even if sweet and creamy is tour preference.

The old man working the window is always great, unfortunately he wasn’t there this time. They shorted us half our order after saying “we split it between two bags”, and handed us two bags. My wife went back to get the rest of the order and the guys working cussed/complained about their break being interrupted then tried to pin it on us for leaving without the whole order. If the old man isn’t working the window, don’t bother stopping.

This would be a 1 star except for the nice old man that we've interacted with before. Went to get an order for ourselves/extended family, was told "it's split between the two bags". After arriving home and finding half the order was missing my wife went back. After cussing, complaining that their break was interrupted, and trying to blame her they corrected the order. Good food, terrible experience, skip the joint unless you see the old man working the window.
