Evening and night staff horrendously slow. Almost seems they can't do more than one order at a time. They say they're busy but when there's only 4 cars in line and nobody in dine-in, how busy are they really? Sat at speaker for at least 20 min, rest of the line another 20 min. I've worked at a BK before. There is absolutely no way it should take this long.... at all.

I try my absolute hardest not to leave negative reviews, especially if my experience may be an outlier. However, I am currently still waiting after being here since 7:23 PM. It is 8:00pm. My order was wrong and I ordered via the website to ensure that there were no issues. I used to frequent this location in 2022, I was hopeful that things had changed. I was wrong. While the employees have changed, the morale of the afternoon staff has not. The morning staff is upbeat, polite, professional, and very delicate with their orders. The woman supervising this evening and the male manager were highly unmotivated, moving at a pace that I cannot begin to convey. I was immediately met with a rude and distasteful stare and from there things went downhill. As me and my partner sat down, we were repeatedly asked if we were ready to order. Fast forward to now (8:05pm) and we recently got our order, and and all 3 fry orders are half full. I truly don’t know why I put myself through the misery of returning to this horrid location.

By far the worst place on covert.. I have been here on more then one occasion they are very under staffed and it has taken 20 to 30 minutes in the drive thru after I get off at 10 pm... The food is alright they just lack customer service and the wait

We waited for 35 minutes to get our food. Some of it was cold when we finally received it."Why didn't you just ask for your money back and just go somewhere else?" After the nice woman took our money, the only sign of intelligence left the inside counter area and started working the drive through. There were no others who we felt could complete a transaction on the POS system. The staff was comical in a sad way with arguments flaring up every few minutes each time someone else's order was being put together.We will definitely pass by this Burger King and head to the DQ the next time we pass through Evansville.

Placed an online order and sat in the line longer than 30 minutes it appeared they had plenty of staff as my daughter walked from her car in the drive thru into the building to get her food and they said it was still cooking ? well over 30 mins in line isnt right and they need more respectful employees and I'm sure the trouble started with the managers standing around
