I have tried this location a few times over the last year or so. Today, I placed an ap order for a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and a small hash brown.
Placed order at 10:03 am. After sitting in the drive thru- I was handed my order at 10:25.
22 minutes. And my foodā¦ cold.
Last time I ordered a whopper jr and a small fry and it took 30 min.
HOW does an order take this long?? There were two cars in the drive thru before me as 3 cars pulled away due to long wait times. The dining room was not busy.
I know staffing can be an issue. But this location has been like this for over a year. Corporate needs to come and clean house. Thatās beyond stupid and I will no longer go here. No apology at all was given.
Update- after eating this food, I got food poisoning and was shitting and puking my brains out for almost 24 hours. I emailed, no response. They donāt care that I got the sickest I have ever gotten in my life.

They cannot follow instructions. So if you order something special, do not leave that drive-through until you check your bag and your sandwiches. It's not just a one off. It's every time I go there. Also, do not sell churro fries, unless you're going to offer small cups of chocolate sauce to dip them in !!! What the hell! I had to look on your website, to see that it was an offered. I thought it was missing from my bag! I won't be bag. FAIL BK owners!! FAIL!

Literally stopped taking my order mid order and then forgot about me for close to five minutes in the drive thru. Then when I finally get serviced from them again; I have to wait another amount of time for my impossible. They could have just taken my order when they started and made me wait once, but I had shitty service and Iām still waiting.

Absolutely terrible service, sat in line for half an hour and got sent to the back of the line because "our order was three orders back." Like really? She could've just given us our food and we could've left instead of sitting in line for another 20 minutes. Absolutely disappointing.

I was very upset last night when I got my whopper from Burger King. I had done a video talking about how I had just a tiny tomato that was thrown in the corner of my sandwich and then hardly any lettuce. I had also asked for extra mayo. The amount of veggies they put on my sandwich was horrible. I had already had a rough night and then I had dropped my dinner on the floor so I ordered burger King since it's one of my favorite places to eat. As a college student eating out is RARE to none. This was the first time I had gotten take out since the start of college and so I was excited for my sandwich. I didn't complain last night because I had other more important things to do, but man was I upset. The sandwich lacked the ingredients that would help make the sandwich better and I'm tired of complaining. The burger King near my house always sucks so I hoped a different burger King would do better but NO. Do better Burger king...seriously. because my family is getting tired of this ridiculousness. And we're tired of getting scammed!
