This place has the Best General TSO chicken in town by far!!! The chicken is so well-cooked that the sauce doesn't soak through the batter and make it soggy. I mean get a free day,eat a edible , and go smash some amazing food at their buffet. Also don't forget to tip, the lady in there was working like crazy doing all 3 area and people don't tip ?
The food is always good. It was lunch rush so the place was full with only 2 waitresses. The buss boy was like he didn't know where he was. Customers were seated at dirty tables. I would have fired him if he worked for me. Staff seemed very unhappy to be there. The previous owner seemed to make a much more relaxed atmosphere. Food is always the best in town though. We will be back.
Very disappointing when you have your heart set on a specific dish and it’s made wrong. Then to happen twice is unacceptable in my opinion. Never in all the years Yim & Ping owned Canton would the dish Hung Su Gai come with peppers or celery instead of bok choy and leave out the water chestnuts mushrooms and pea pods. Also the quality of chicken was questionable but to leave out key ingredients or substitute… do us all the favor and just not make it if your not going to...
