We had a good overall experience . We don't usually frequent what I would call higher end food establishments because the value and experience don't match the higher costs of the dining. Cavanaghs exceeded our expectations from the crab cakes, blacked Neptune, scallops, and our anniversary dessert. Best crab cakes we've had Filet was cooked perfect Service was great We will return
Celebrated our anniversary on a Saturday night. The atmosphere was perfect, not too loud. The server was professional and friendly and the timing of items was perfect. We both enjoyed the French onion soup, Caesar salad and the prime rib. Fantastic meal from beginning to end! They surprised us with a complementary dessert to enjoy with our coffee and it was delicious! Absolutely the best meal we have had in a decade!
Amazing place to have a nice dinner. Prime rib is excellent and steaks were as well. Very calming atmosphere with a view of the river. Only downside for us was they don't have a menu for kids and we had a six year old with us. So from now on, it will be adults only for us!
