If it was in my hands i would have put 0 star, because it was very very bad service and worst food, usually my kids love Mac and cheese from chick fil a. but when I ordered it today from the Eastland Mall, they gave me a burnt one and then when I asked them about it, they said that it was cheese. everyone knows that there’s no such thing as black cheese. Staff is very very, very rude. I’m not going to go here anymore and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

In the drive thru, why do they take your order before you get to the menu? It has been this way every time I've visited, and Idk what to order, so I look at the menu online real quick and pick the 1st thing I see. I guess I should just tell the
employee that I'd like to drive up there 10 to 15 feet or so to the menu, and but really shouldn't have to do that. Really does everyone else know the menu so we'll that they don't need to see it? Am I doing something wrong?

I don’t know what’s going on with this Chick-fil-A, but it’s like a whole bunch of kids working here who don’t follow the directions that they print out themselves. Every time I come, something is missing. They don’t put the sauce in the bag, even when it’s clearly listed on the receipt. They don’t make the food the way I requested. They’re too busy socializing with their friends while they’re supposed to be working. It’s frustrating because Chick-fil-A is known for good service, but this location just doesn’t deliver. If I’m paying for a meal, I expect it to be right without having to double-check every little thing before I leave. Management needs to step in and make sure the employees are actually focused on their jobs instead of just hanging out. Do better! I never come back. I’ll take my business to the west side because Debbie and her team never miss!!

I waited more than 30 minutes, when i asked about my food they will said in 5 minutes. , i talked to manger how i didn’t get my food” she said “we are sorry we don’t have chicken nuggets “ , so what about the waiting time! I was standing up more than 35 minutes, and i just got refund!!!No FOOD , the worst experience with chicken fil a, i wish i can complain to the owner about his team
