Young lady taking the order presented an impatient, indifferent attitude as my spouse and I decided on our selections. There was no line behind us and as we had not visited this store in months we just wanted a moment to decide. Please understand, we don’t expect a friendly, appreciative customer experience at other fast food stores but it had always been exceptional at every CSC we’ve tried. Years ago we found your brand while visiting relatives in Alabama and love the “over the top” Southern experience. Sad to see this may be lacking north of the Ohio.
