Chipotle Mexican Grill

My family came here at peak dinner time 5:30 p.m and all of the food was dried out and looked like nothing had been refreshed for a while. Disappointing to say the least. We definitely will pick a different location next time.

I cancelled an order from DoorDash a day and a half prior because it was taking too long. I decided to order from the same restaurant the following day and was given the food that I’d ordered the previous day. Had a not noticed, I would’ve contracted salmonella or at the very least been violently ill. This is not a clean place

For chipotle, its fine. But please please please work on making serving sizes consistent. That problem is not unique to this location, but everywhere I go to Chipotle.

The management at this location is rude and unprofessional. I went inside to order around 4:30pm. As I approach the counter I was told “no no, we are only taking online and delivery orders.” - as I watch the customer in front of me getting a burrito made. A few seconds later, a different worker is free and offers to take my order. The same manager yells at him “no, no” and shakes his head. I left after that. Horrible service. I would drive out of my way to visit a different chipotle.

This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. The manager and assistant manager suck and need their position taken immediately.

From start to finish.

We walk in. Politely asked for a bowl. The heavyweight assistant manager start scraping rice that was clearly visibly stuck n old to the pan. I politely asked her “hey, may I have fresh rice” she looked at me with an attitude and said “that’s what I’m doing” okay I let that slide. Bc I get it. We all have bad days. So she pursues to ask if we wanted queso sauce. Remind you. She asked us five times and my hubby explained to her that he wants it at the end on top of everything. Anyways back to the fifth time she asked. He said yes but at the end. She said” we have a line for a reason, not to put it on when u want” so the hubby says “ did u have a bad day today bc it’s no need to be rude , we are just here to get food and we always get chipotle the same way with no problem”. She takes our food and sets it on the counter and says “have a good day “ the lady hates her job and doesn’t want to be there. I have never had an issue at any other restaurant but I believe she wanted to eat our food instead of serving it. We asked for her name and corporate number. She refused and said “ she doesn’t have to tell us her name, she didn’t have a name tag on either .” Bad customer service. Old food. Worst experience of my life. Anyways we left and went to the chipotle on burkardte road and their service was excellent. I mean completely opposite. Never go to green river. Save yourself a headache. Go to burkardt
