I recently made a pick up order, and while the service was great during pickup, I was disappointed with the condition of my order. Although the staff interaction at the window was pleasant, I found that many items I had ordered on the side were busted open, with sour cream, sauces, and vegetables all over the outside of my burrito bowl.

This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered issues at this location in the past month and a half. It seems like the care in preparing to-go orders has declined significantly since it newly opened not that long ago. I’ve had multiple instances where my order was either not handled correctly, resulting in a mess, or it was forgotten altogether, requiring me to file a complaint through the app.
I know that assembling orders correctly and ensuring they’re properly sealed isn’t rocket science. It’s frustrating to have to go out of my way to a different location for a reliable experience. I hope to see improvements soon because this has been a recurring letdown. I usually don’t like to make reviews like this, but this has happened more than once.

I wanted to share my recent experience with an order placed at your location two days ago. I ordered a rice bowl and a quesadilla, which I picked up on my way home. Unfortunately, when I arrived home, I discovered that half of the beans from the rice bowl had spilled into the bag. It seems the container was not properly secured before being placed in the bag, and my food ended up sitting in the spilled beans. This was quite disappointing, as it impacted the quality of the meal.

In addition, on two separate occasions, I have noticed that the staff at this location do not greet customers or acknowledge the order with a simple "thank you." While I understand that restaurants can be busy, basic customer service—such as a friendly greeting or expression of appreciation—goes a long way in creating a positive experience.

I think management needs to take this seriously and address the common issues that can be fixed.

Food is terrible everything is past its shelf life and the queso is so gritty the veggies are soft and taste like chemicals. There are no customers here and now I see why.

Missing RICE in BOTH bowls that I ordered and multiple other ingredients- they also included wrong ingredients, bowl wasn’t full at all, guacamole was turning dark, chips were stale. I would’ve gone somewhere else had they just let me know they didn’t have certain ingredients. I got all the way home with 2 wrong bowl orders and a dark container of guacamole.

Went to support the no kill rescue and was informed by a very rude Rihanna the code hadn’t worked all day. Disappointed the no kill rescue lost out on donations. Over all a odd experience customer service was lacking but the food was good

Staff was polite but very frazzled, unorganized, and the servings/portion were very stingy in comparison to other locations.. I've been to several in several states and this was my most dissapointing chipotle experience yet.

In my opinion this is the best Chipotle in town. The staff is always super friendly and the food is fresh and good and they give fair portions. We always go out of our way to come to this Chipotle as opposed to the Virginia Street Chipotle who has terrible service.
