Staff was polite but very frazzled, unorganized, and the servings/portion were very stingy in comparison to other locations.. I've been to several in several states and this was my most dissapointing chipotle experience yet.

In my opinion this is the best Chipotle in town. The staff is always super friendly and the food is fresh and good and they give fair portions. We always go out of our way to come to this Chipotle as opposed to the Virginia Street Chipotle who has terrible service.

I ordered my food online and was told it was ready. When I walked in it wasn’t on the shelf. I asked the lady at the counter and she said they were making it. We sat down and watched them make two other customers food then start on ours.As she was making mine (white rice, extra) I saw her scrape the rest of the white rice in my bowl then add beans. She sat it aside and worked on my husbands. She went back to mine and scooped two scoops of brown rice and more beans on top.I got up and asked her, is that for (my name) she said yes. I said did you put brown rice in there? She said, yes. I said it’s supposed to be white rice. She said, I know but that’s what we do when we run out. The other lady in the kitchen speaks up and says, I have more white rice right here.I then asked the lady who was making my food, why would you substitute it with brown rice when I specifically ordered extra white rice? And she said well that’s what we do and then when your delivery driver picks up your food, we let them know. I said well, I’m not a delivery driver. It’s my order and I’m here to get it myself. And she said again well that’s what we do and if you didn’t like it, we would remake it.My husband then said why don’t you just make it right the first time if you’re going to Remake it anyways? She got extremely upset and threatened to walk us because we were upset. Our food was being made incorrectly, and then she threw down the scoops and walked off to the back office. You can see the photos that I posted there’s nobody in the kitchen because we stood there for five minutes until another employee came out of the back and started making our food for us.We stood there quietly, while she made our food and asked her not to put lettuce on as the entire container was brown. It was 7 PM when the store is open until 10 PM, so I imagine they were going to have to make more white rice anywaysAfter we got our food, we sat down in the dining room to eat it, and several customers came in after us, and got their orders with no issue.Chipotle sent me A survey after we left, but it doesn’t matter if you complain on those because absolutely nobody ever follows up.I love chipotle, but the last year I have had more problems than it is worth for what I pay.I am hoping that management reads this email and takes the necessary steps although I’m not sure that will happen because I’m almost positive the lady that I interacted with was a manager.Just do better.

Would be better if drunk people from Drakes didn't park in their parking lot. Been here 2 times and both times had some random drunk get into his car leaving drakes. One person tripped and fell into my daughter on our first visit. On our second visit I'm pretty sure my car was hit pretty hard with a car door from someone leaving drakes.Absolutely unacceptable

Didn't eat in, got it to go. Little pricey for a burrito but it tasted ok. I got the Carne assada stake (spl)? It's all good. Kinda hard to spend that much for lunch, but kinda worth it.

This Chipotle food was the best I've had in awhile. Only complaint was the cleanliness of the place. It wasn't busy when we were there, and we were lucky to find a clean

Chipotle Resurrected: A Culinary Oasis on Hirschland RoadIn today's fast-paced world, convenience often reigns supreme, leading to a plethora of disappointing culinary experiences, particularly in the realm of fast food. However, amidst this sea of mediocrity, a beacon of excellence shines brightly: Chipotle Mexican Grill. After years of avoiding Chipotle due to repeated letdowns at the original Evansville location, I cautiously entered the new establishment on Hirschland Road, my expectations tempered by past experiences. Yet, from the moment I stepped inside, I realized this was no ordinary Chipotle. The vibrant atmosphere, the tantalizing aroma of freshly grilled vegetables, and the warm smiles of the staff created an inviting ambiance. The restaurant was spotless, with gleaming floors, sparkling counters, and immaculate restrooms – a stark contrast to the disappointing original location. But the true star of the show was the food. Each ingredient, from the perfectly seasoned sofritas to the crisp cilantro, bursts with freshness and flavor. Every bite was a testament to Chipotle's commitment to quality and taste, a far cry from the subpar experiences I had endured at the original Evansville location. So impressed was I by the exceptional food, attentive staff, and welcoming atmosphere that I felt compelled to seek out the manager to express my gratitude. She beamed with pride, her eyes sparkling with appreciation for my feedback, confirming that my positive experience was not an isolated incident. As I left the restaurant, my heart was full of contentment. The Hirschland Rd Chipotle had resurrected the chain in my eyes, transforming it from a place of disappointment to a culinary oasis. I knew that I would be back, not just to satisfy my hunger, but to immerse myself in the Chipotle experience that had once again captured my heart.
