Chipotle Mexican Grill

Went in and saw there was hardly anything to choose from on their line. Left without ordering .

I'll be 100% honest. The food was decent, but the service is great. It was my son's, daughter's, and my first time trying the food here, and I don't really feel like it lived up to the hype. I'm not saying I would never eat it again, but it would not be my first choice to go back to on a regular basis. Still have to say, though, the food was good.

I've never actually had Chipotle before today, but this one just opened nearby and I got curious. The woman and the counter was a lovely help. She walked me through the process and gave some good recommendations. The food didn't taste how I expected it would, but it was just what I needed at the time. The pulled pork was great! I can't sing the praises of the chips though. Maybe they're better fresh, but whatever method is used to salt them, they were either too salty or not salty enough, no in between. Overall, good stuff.

Food before 7:30, great.Food after 7:30, they literally scrape dried hard rice from the bottom and put it in the bowl as it sounds like legos falling on plastic. Literally inedible and they refused to give me my money back as I couldn’t eat it , it hurt to chew.Chicken was also like little pieces of plastic in my mouth.

Great food but a little pricey. Staff were young and inexperienced but courteous and helpful. Atmosphere was austere, which is I suppose, is a good place to cut corners.

Horrible service, took forever. They hardly out anything in my bowl. Also charged me for chips I didn’t get because they were “out”. Whoever is responsible should be fired.

I had the steak burrito and my mom had the steak burrito bowl. Both were tuff to chew on some pieces and some chewy. The quest was bland and didn’t have any taste. The chips were under cooked and some tasted stale. Other than that the employees were extremely friendly and helpful.
