Waited at the counter and we weren’t served after 5 minutes . Weren’t even spoken to by the two employees behind the counter

I love this location. Service is great and they greet with a smile and offer large portions. Food is always top quality. I eat here often and once or twice a few items have not been ready at opening and they are so apologetic and kind about it - really, kind people working hard to provide quality food and service.

Ordered two burrito bowls, it was absolutely disgusting. Chips weren’t done, hair in my burrito bowl. Rather have went to Wendy’s after spending $24, what a waste of money. Will no go here again.

I always enjoy Chipotle as they are so gracious and generous and with their toppings.They don't get frustrated with you when you want more tomatoes or extra lettuce or whatever the food is always delicious.There's always food left over for a second helping love.Love to put ways can't say enough.They were awesome

A very nice lady with short hair served me on my lunch and was an absolute ANGEL.
Not only was she kind to me and loaded up my bowl, but she was kind to each and every person that got in line after me while I was eating.
I wish I caught her name, but she was amazing!!

Me and my wife went to dinner around 6pm on a Saturday night The only reason we went is because she had a gift card. The food tasted like it had been sitting all day. The chips were not hot, stale extra salty. I asked for not spicy queso way too spicy for me. they assured me that it was not hot at all. I was coughing, and my eyes were watering. The kitchen was disgusting and dirty. Looking definitely needs cleaning.
The restaurant itself inside looks unfinished, like it was slapped together and built very quickly not much quality.
The area we set at was dirty and not wiped down food on the table and ground. My only positive there was a flavored berry drink. That was very good. I’m sure that was not made there. It was probably purchased and then dumped into the container. Definitely will never be going back even if I got free gift cards. It would probably be hard to give them away.!!

When they get your order wrong, which they always seem to do, you get sent to the most annoying chatbot that basically says “too bad”
