Worst customer service. I am beyond disappointed.
I was completely ignored at this Cold Stone tonight while waiting in line to order ice cream. To make matters worse, the staff started taking orders from people who arrived after me. When I raised my concerns, I was rudely told that it was my fault for standing in the wrong place. What kind of excuse is that? I simply entered through the front door and waited in line like any other customer! The staff, a young Caucasian woman, not only failed to apologize but also refused to provide her name. This level of customer service is utterly unacceptable. It is appalling that they can't even provide their name while delivering such poor service. It's clear that the staff lacks basic training and professionalism. I am beyond disappointed and will never set foot in that store again.

My family and I have bought ice cream here multiple times over the years and it never disappoints. I love their signature creation ice creams.
This year my daughter decided she wanted a cold stone Ice Cream cake for her birthday. We have never purchased a cake from them before. I placed my order for a custom cake online and mistakenly entered in the wrong date for a week later then when I needed it. I unfortunately did not realize my mistake until I was standing in the store to pick it up on the actual date I needed it. Sam helped me and was incredibly nice and apologetic even though this mistake was completely on me. He was able to locate a one of their standard Signature cookies and cream cake in the size we ordered in their deep freeze. Sam advised that they could ice it and decorate it in the morning, and I could pick it up prior to my daughter party. I was so happy with this resolution, but Sam was not done. After we left the store Sam continued to search the deep freeze and actually found my custom cake. He called me to let me know that he had located it and they could have it ready for me in the morning. Thank you, Sam for going above and beyond this customers' expectations and fixing my mistake with a smile of your face and making such a seamless interaction. We will definitely be ordering more ColdStone Cakes in the future.
Also, the cake was absolutely delicious.

I went in and ordered ice cream for my family- 6 different ice creams. I got an eye roll and a laugh when I gave them a heads up that I would have 6. She then proceeded to tell all of the other employees that I had 6 and I got the same reaction from each of them. When they made it- they put every bowl in melted ice cream that was on the counter and dripped a lot on the sides so the containers and one of the bags were covered in ice cream. Very frustrated with the service.

NO REFUND Have been several times for a banana milkshake in the past few weeks. They stopped using bananas and now use banana “flavored” ice cream. This is a disappointment. Every time I’ve had to stir up the ice cream in the cup because it was not blended. Today it was the last straw couldn’t even get the straw in, it was just a giant ball of ice cream. I took it back and asked for a refund. There were 5-6 employees and no one could refund my money. They were very pleasant just not competent.

Cold Stone is literally the best of the best and nothing comes close. Their ice cream is amazing & always fresh..... The homemade waffle cone with all the different flavors and ingredients takes it over the top for us....... its our weekly favorite treat for my wife and myself, its a weekly destination for us now.

Paid for a medium bowl and they put it in a small and placed it inside of the medium.

Ice cream and service was great. I rarely leave a bad review but the Rocky Mountain Chocolate at this place is very old and I would not recommend purchasing. We spent more than $20 on truffles and caramel, none of it was fresh or edible.

Huge disappointment on Halloween!!!
I ordered the Boo batter ice cream like I do every October (@ least 2 times a year) this time was a huge disappointment!!! If I wanted M & M’s Ice cream I would of went to the Wal Mart & got Vanilla ice cream to add my M & M’s I already have to it!!! No Kit Kat or Oreos in the ice cream. Now I get it it was Halloween & you may not have much Boo Batter ice cream, however I’m sure you had plenty Kit Kat & Oreos lying around!!! If not then there is a Target right across the parking lot in the same complex I’m sure they sell the Halloween Oreos!!! I would of settled for regular Oreos even!!! For the price of the ice cream I expect to have some Oreos & Kit Kats!!!

The "owner" called me just to argue after I submitted a complaint. I complained that after ordering the largest container they offer, it had very little candy, or "mix-in". All they offer for a 48 oz container is 6 small scoops of candy.
This is interesting because any time I had ordered it IN PERSON, I always got plenty of candy (even scattered on top). But, since I pre-ordered online, I guess quality is less important.
The point of the story: if you only do 6 small scoops is mix-ins, why is a phone call necessary? It felt extremely unprofessional to call up a disappointed customer just to argue, and try to tell them how stupid their complaint was.
I didn't necessarily want anything free. I just wanted the company to realize an "Everybody's" should have more candy.
I could have spent $6 on a tub of ice cream at the grocery store and it would have had more toppings. That's what I'll be doing from here on out because this was ridiculous.

Really skimpy portions for expensive ice cream.

I had a chocolate shake, it was okay. My wife had chocolate and peanut butter mix, it was okay. The inside was very loud, so we sat outside. Staff were helpful.

First time here and got the wrong items. I ordered a Mint chocolate chip pint of ice cream and a Birthday cake pint of ice cream and only got vanilla in both. Very disappointed.

Great ice cream. Helpful and kind servers. It's always a bit loud and cramped inside. But it was a nice day.

They are always made us laugh. Friendly staff!

Kid-friendliness: My kids were very young when I took them there to get ice cream for their birthdays !!!! A little bit pricey but you get what you pay for.
