Had an awful experience here to say the least
Like their cookies and cupcakes. We went in yesterday, Saturday, to try to get Cupcakes but they were closed. It was 11:20. The sign on the door says they close at 12:00. It’s frustrating when businesses are not true to their advertised hours.
Cookies by design donated 60 cookies to deaconess gateway observation unit. Cookies were so good. Staff at the store was kind and friendly! Love this local cookie place! The nurses and techs were very appreciative. Thanks cookies by design!

Website ordering process was easy to use and product delivery was timely.
I got the cookie basket with a mix of assorted cookies, in a cute little basket for Valentine's Day with balloon & a box of brownies delivered to my husbands work. It's was so cute they have an option for hand written note it was really sweet and can tell they took their time putting it together. Everything tasted spectacular!! 10/10 recommend. Thanks again will definitely be back
I am Canadian and use Cookies and Cupcakes by Design to send gifts to my friend in Evansville. I found it easy to purchase, good options and price point and a better option than sending flowers as my friend can share it with her family.
