We tried multiple dishes and each was delicious flavors. The portions were more than enough and the cocktails were very good. Highly recommend for great food at a very reasonable price.

In town from Indianapolis to visit friends & they brought us here. The food was great!

We have eaten at Cosmos a few times now. The food is consistently excellent. Both dinner and brunch are well priced for the quantity and quality of what you get. For fans of the former Schymik's Kitchen, this is a comparable experience and a similar price point. It's an underappreciated gem that not enough people know about. Check it out!

Had dinner tonight. It was a special 6 course meal with scallops, duck, tuna, lamb, filet and dessert. Absolutely delicious! Very well timed out. Highly recommend. Super cute ambiance. 10/10. Check it out!

August 16, 2024 - Food was excellent, presentation was amazing. However, service should be excellent too. Why is the wine list out of date? Print new ones. Why during reservation process ask about special occasions and then not ask whose birthday when we arrived? That should have been the first thing we were greeted with. No patron should arrive and be ignored (not us, but we witnessed it.) Refined, sophisticated menu/food should be paired with refined, sophisticated service. Up the game or people won’t come back.

Great meal to celebrate our anniversary with friends. This place is a gem!! The food was excellent with options that you won’t find elsewhere in Evansville. The wine was a perfect compliment to the meal. We would recommend this place to anyone!!

Food was very good. But there are some disappointing factors considering the $70/plate: they only provide a small slice of bread for the escargot. Why can’t they provide more bread? Lots of rich sauce that you are unable to enjoy as there isn’t more than a tiny piece of bread. The quail was well seasoned and cooked properly. Onion soup was excellent—rich soup with complex flavors. The duck breast was good, but the accompanying vegetables did not match the description in the menu.

Service was ok. Not bad. Not great. For the prices charged, I would like for the staff to explain the dishes and drink menu—rather than just ask if we are ready to order. Normally I wouldn’t take an issue with the service if this was a more “budget” price restaurant. But for $250 for a two person dinner, the service/experience needs to improve. I also found it odd that they had tea candle lights on the tables without any sort of holder/globe. Seems cheap or unfinished.

Absolutely great experience from beginning to end. My servers were amazing. The food was fantastic and it was very reasonable for the quality of food served. I will be going back on a fairly regular basis.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Comfortable spot for a nice evening out. Service was great and the food was just what we we're looking for on a special night out. So much fun trying new dishes. Highly recommend trying it out and enjoying the dishes Chef Tyler is bringing to us.

We went last Friday night with another couple and thoroughly enjoyed the excellent food and friendly service. We highly recommend the restaurant. Do think there should be some ala carte offerings for those that want something lighter. We will be back soon.

Very nice if inattentive service

Food was inedible. The price point for it is just insane for the quality. Shocking really

I appreciate they’re trying to elevate the local scene but it seems like a prank. Or a scam.

The taco truck was far better

Again, very nice people

The food was okay but not great. Three of the dishes came out cold but the did adjust our bill accordingly. The server was very nice.

Cosmos Bistro offers a fresh prefixe coursed dining experience with a focus on French cuisine. The menu, crafted with care, delivers delicious and thoughtful dishes that showcase the chef's expertise.

While the staff could benefit from further education on French cuisine and wines their friendly demeanor adds to the comfortable atmosphere. Cosmos Bistro is far from snobby; it's a cozy spot perfect for enjoying a meal with loved ones. Overall, it's a highly recommended dining destination for those seeking a delicious and welcoming experience.

It's an experience, delicious and not overpriced

The restaurant itself was very nice. Wait staff did an excellent job. The balance of flavors was off on every course, and ingredients were very different from what was listed on the menu. I was expecting better quality.
Nice experience but definitely won’t be returning.
