Lady running the register was rude and acted like she couldn't be bothered to answer questions. She spoke under her breath and made zero eye contact. I do not understand how someone like her would be put at the front of the store and be the face of this business. Then again, maybe that's why she was so rude to begin with. Also, the pick up counter was dirty and there was crap all over the boxes the cookies came in. I noticed other customers wiping stuff off the cookie boxes as well. This was my first and last time going here.
