I watched some poor customer service. Some lady ordered the pumpkin mini pies this morning. They were for her Thanksgiving. They just ran out and she couldn't get hers. She asked if she could pay the difference and get the bigger ones. They said yes. The thing is, you guys dropped the ball. You shouldn't have charged her for your mistake. Disgusting.
I thought that it was extremely expensive for the product. The things we tried were ok.

Waited an hour for online order to be ready. Then still had to wait approximately 15 minutes once inside. Only for a worker to inform me the were sold out of a particular cookie I had ordered, paid for & waited for without giving any solution. Then I finally asked if they possibly had my particular cookies in mini option...she went to check & informed me they DID in fact have in the mini. Unsure why she didnt suggest minis when she informed sold out. What a real let down on Crumbl services not to mention cookies we at best very average!! To think I spent $50 & their customer service was worth ZERO!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS!!🫤

The dubai cheesecake i got was really nasty, but everything else was really good other than some cookies were raw.
Ordered cookies for delivery and they delivered fast! Very impressed!
