When we order using the online portal, 90% of the time the order is wrong (missing items, wrong toppings etc) I know how the online ordering works; a ticket gets printed and then is manually input. It seems as though the people who put the order tickets into the system continue to miss items on the original online order ticket. Please train your staff to pay closer attention to the orders they plug into the system, and make sure they double check the order tickets. This is not a 1 or 2 time occurrence either, but nearly each time we go there. If the franchise owner can't get the order system down then shut it off. Additionally, when we order online, the majority of the time we have to end up walking in to get the food. Yes, it is a 1st world problem, but none the less this is a service you all choose to provide so please do better at it.EDIT: Also, if the owner sees this review, please don't provide a generic response of "we'd like to know more" or "go to this website for customer relations blah blah blah" , instead just make the change and ensure staff is trained properly and also know how to handle rush.

Waited while staff stood around behind the counter and talked. Then a staff member that was doing something else stopped what she was doing and took our order. While she was taking our order she told one of the others to open their register and take orders. I had to go up to the counter twice to get my ice cream and it was nearly melted. Tables were dirty. Hamburger was so thin all you could taste was the bread.

Had to drive back to get ahake they didn't give me..Got back fish not cooked thoroughly and fries cold and coated with lemon , no knife for butter , no napkins

Overall, not a bad place to go and grab something to eat. This restaurant is oriented to dining alone or dining in larger group settings. The food is prepared to order and is of high-quality when I have been there. My only slight complaint is that I had one of the service members say some rude things to me, but I cannot attribute this to every single worker, as it was just one person at one time.Parking: There is ample amount of parking in the parking lot. there are also several handicap spots in the front.

Not sure I'm going back to this Culver's, I watched an employee drop cheese curds on a dirty counter, then pick them up and drop them in a bag of food going out to a drive through customer. I was really shocked. Even the people around me were watching her to make sure it wasn't their food they were waiting for.

They brought me out the wrong food through curbside so then I had to take it back inside and they got mad at me that it wasn’t it. I then had to wait for what I was supposed to receive and they walked straight past me and out to my car and then proceeded to start looking In my car through the windows. Will not come back.
