the service was Epic and I was so excited to try this type of ice cream for the first time. My kid chose to get the strawberry ice creme and it Divine as can be. we originally bought two of the bobo teas....and they were so good before we left the mall we decided to go back and grab two more drinks and got the ice cream we spoke of above. I think the best part was the two workers and how kind they were, dedicated to explaining to us everything we asked questions about and how they went over the top to make it healthy...was even better. 10/10 we will absolutely be returning for more

I ordered two boba drinks. They gave me one drink and a bowl of something. I kindly told them what drink I ordered expecting them to switch it out. The employee who took my order was very rude and said that I got what I ordered then turned away. I walked away for a minute then came back to ask for a refund for my drink. He said I got what I ordered. I stood for another minute then he physically threw the money back at me (coins thrown to the floor). I’m very upset by this experience because I have really liked this place previously.

They served us spoiled ice cream and when I brought it their attention I was asked what do they want us to do about it. The guy could care less and wouldn’t even look up at us. My young daughter ate on it for awhile before telling me it tasted bad so today she has gastrointestinal issues.

Bad service don’t order through seamless unless you don’t want boba. Get there to pickup drink no boba ? Ask if there could be some put in but there “can’t “ because it’s already made ok fine asked if I can pay for a side of boba because I ordered a BOBA drink was told no, nor can get a refund ??? Pregnancy craving boba just to not get any and waste money. Pathetic, Mr. Bubble Tea nor Bubble Panda would do this

The have the best ice cream I have ever had in my entire life and the best drinks too. I’ve been going here for the past 2 years now I think and my favorite thing to get is the iCloud drink with no boba. It’s quite literally the best drink I’ve ever had. I absolutely love and adore this place ❤️

Encountered rude and hateful employees on Saturday, 5/13. Will not be back. May need to train them on customer service skills and working with the public.
We love D-Ice. We tried several ice-cream flavors and each was beautifully crafted and delicious. Last we had a bubble tea, it was unique and tasty and we got to keep the cool cup! We will definitely be going back!

Ordered mango drink. Please believe me when i tell you this drink was the most disgusting putrifying beverage i have ever had in mouth. I am a grow individual. I dont spit out drinks or food. One sip and it was an instant involuntary response. Something was completely rancid. I politely informed the cashier. She didnt seem concerned. Ive read the other reviews of people.saying they got sick after eating drink9ng here. BELIEVE IT. Something had to be wrong. There is no way they built or sustained a single business let alone multiple locations with a product like what i experienced. The cashier couldnt have cared less. Left drink at the counter. Wont be back. Worse food expereince hands down. EVER.

We went there on a whim while visiting my parents, and it turned out to be amazing! The menu was a bit confusing, but the people were so friendly and kind. ❤️❤️❤️ their drinks tasted amazing, and the tall bottles that you got with each drink were awesome! I would 100% recommend it! It’s worth figuring out the menus. XD
