Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I ordered a Heath Bar Blizzard. The first several bites did not have any detectable Heath bar. I figured it just wasn't mixed well. I might find a cluster farther down. No cluster found. It was very lacking in Heath bar volume.

I wish I could give a better review.

Mom eats lunch from here 5x per week. Feeds her employees to. So it must be decent

I went in to pick up a DoorDash order, there were kids in the building and someone in the back was loudly playing inappropriate music and when I said something they said the manager was the one playing it, he turned it up louder after I had said something. This is highly inappropriate and inconsiderate.

I went through the drive thru on Wednesday night and the girl at the window was so nice and gave great suggestions and we got the chicken strips and they were really good not over cooked it was the 1st time I went to the Virginia st store but I will be coming back

I was in there with my grandkids and the girl who has the blue in her hair was awesome with the kids and the service was great I'll definitely bring them back to eat burgers and get ice cream

We went to DQ Thursday night and the guy working the window was soooo incredibly nice. They were super busy and he apologized for the wait and communicated with us so kindly and efficiently. This is the best customer service experience I’ve had in the past couple of years.

I always liked Dairy Queen, I'm very disappointed with several locations in Evansville Indiana, bad service, orders wrong, and inedible food being served in one location at least 4 different times. At the drive thru it's like a game to see how many times they can get you to repeat yourself. The outcome is wrong food, or inedible food. I went inside the Virginia location and asked for my money back, no one knew how to process my card for a refund. They also couldn't, or wouldn't give me a name or number to call to complain. The young lady that I spoke to dressed down the young man at the windows in front of everyone. I ended up leaving without food or money. They didn't even know how to give a gift certificate or refund, it's a bunch of kids.

This place is great. The food was good, the restaurant was clean ,and all the employees got along great. It was so good to see this all in one place. I would highly recommend this DQ.

I came here on lunch to order a salad…I was actually headed to G.D. Ritzys and came here. I asked if the chicken was the only meat in the salad and was told yes and I recieved my salad and looked at it as I was pulling off and noticed bacon on it. I backed up and explained I asked before ordering it chicken was the only meat and was told yes and handed the salad back and it looked like a perfectly good salad. The “corrected” salad i received is pictured below. 2 stars for the lady working the window because she was nice
